Welcome to our luxurious 5-bedroom and 2 1/2 bathroom mega house, where entertainment and comfort intertwine to create an unforgettable getaway. Located in a serene neighborhood, this magnificent property offers a plethora of amenities designed to create the best vacation experience.

Step inside and be greeted by the grandeur of our marble floors and elegant lighting. Our living room contains a myriad of entertainment, including an entertainment system downstairs that you can watch TV and play the PS5.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans and utensils for everyone. This property also includes a state-of-the-art movie theater, where you can immerse yourself in the magic of the big screen. Relax in plush seating as you indulge in the EMAX experience!

Upstairs, we have 3 additional bedrooms and also another spectacular entertainment area! We have a pool table and plenty of seating for groups that want to enjoy playing pool upstairs. There’s also an entertainment system with an 86inch TV straight across from the area where you can watch Sporting events, movies, TV shows and also play our Xbox Series X.

For those who crave a little friendly competition, venture into the backyard to discover a basketball court, perfect for engaging in lively games with friends and family. Whether you wish to unwind under the sun or even host a delightful barbecue this outdoor oasis provides the ideal setting for creating cherished memories.

All of our rooms are equipped with TVs. There are a total of five queen size beds and one king size bed in the master bedroom.

Check in process was smoothe. Place was clean and comfortable. I do recommend listing the items available in the house or showing pics of the kitchen utensils available. This can help groups better plan for their stay. Overall it was great

Great Team Stay

Our travel basketball team stayed here while in San Antonio. There was plenty of room and they enjoyed all the amenities. The basketball court in the backyard was their favorite.

This was the nicest and most relaxing stay I've ever had. The place is truly amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. Communicating with the property owner was so easy and the response time was very quick. I highly recommend staying here. If I'm ever out this way again, I will come back!

The host was very welcoming and the property was very nice and clean. I think the property listed 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. There are 2 and a half bath. The property would be very nice for one adult couple with children. however for more than 2 adult couples it would be inadequate from my personal perspective. The part that says sleeps 20 i think is misleading or at least would not be comfortable. Everything was in perfect working order. I am happy with our stay mainly because 2 couples backed out of the trip and we only had one other couple and no children so it was perfectly ok. This post is long but i try to be entirely accurate with reviews

Great Stay

Overall a good experience. The family had a great time and the basketball hoop and pool table were a hit. The owner was very responsive once we learned that he was having trouble with the app and not receiving our messages. A few things needed a quick cleaning but wasn't a big deal. Would stay there again with our family.

My girlfriend and I were very excited to stay given the pictures that were provided and they don’t do the house justice. Decor, color scheme, amenities, were A1! The movie theatre was my girlfriend’s absolute favorite and I loved the loft area. Yes we are locals but we will 100% be back. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The best mini getaway ever. Definitely will have to go back for a longer time. I was super nervous because this was my first time doing this, but it exceeded my expectations. Easy to contact the property owner and the place was absolutely beautiful. Will be doing all of my get always through escape away!!

We had an amazing experience here! The owners were so pleasant, accommodating, and kind. If a 10 was possible on customer service/care, they would get it. The check in process was easy and everything appeared clean and well thought out. Plenty of entertainment options are available. The movie theatre couches are SO comfortable you could sleep there if you’re not careful. The backyard also has a great set up with plenty of space. The house is in a very quiet area and is conveniently 10 minutes away from HEB and about 25 minutes from the Rim. “The Rim” has a lot of great food and activity options.

We took a family vacation with 3 adults and 3 kids in this home and loved it. The kids in particular were very impressed with everything, and the adults were all blown away by the theater room. The house is around 30 minutes away from downtown, but very centrally located for Sea World, and in a conveniently located little suburban neighborhood that makes getting out in pretty much any direction pretty easy.Communication with the property manager was pleasant and they were quick to reply to any questions. My only minor complaint would be how close to check in you get your check-in directions, and checkout directions were non-existent. I've stayed in several VRBOs and always had some sort of direction on how they want you to handle waste/dirty laundry/dishes/etc. Not a big deal, but something to consider.

BMT graduation

We were here for my daughter’s BMT graduation from the Air Force, she got 2 day passes and she wanted to do was be with family. I was lucky enough to have all my adult children and their kids and my mom stay here and the house did not disappoint. She was very excited and enjoyed all of the house and spending time with everyone, played pick up games outside, video games, had a mini pool tournament and watched marathon of shows she missed in the movie theater room!! The property manager was amazing and answered right away when we needed anything and didn’t hesitate no matter what time so we greatly appreciated that. Definitely had a great time and my family will have this trip to remember forever!! Thank you!!

A Nice Stay

The property was amazing! My family and I were very impressed. There's definitely enough room for everyone if you have a large group. My family was a group of 8 and there was definitely enough room for more. Loved all of the amenities that were provided. The beds were comfortable and the theater room was awesome! There were TVs available pretty much everywhere, including the kitchen! We were able to watch the NBA finals while cooking. The pool area upstairs is impressive and was a nice place to hang out in. We liked the decor. Very modern and nice! The only thing I took a star off from was cleanliness because the fridge had a VERY strong odor of fish. I contacted the property manager about it and he did offer to send someone out to try to take care of it, but we already made a grocery run and got baking soda to try to combat the smell on our own. There was also popcorn left in the theater room beneath one of the pillows. Other than that, everything was excellent. The property manager representative (Derrick) that I spoke with on the phone was great to work with and checked in often to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Thank you for the stay!

Looks are deceiving!

If I could give zero stars I would. First glance, it was ok. Very tight packed neighborhood. Walking up to door, it was covered in grime and dirt. Keypad didn't work. I will say the property manager was very helpful and responded right away. Realized the code only worked with the previous renters code. Immediately questioning if the place was cleaned in between renters. Place stunk of a weird smell. Maybe nightclub scent? Place was very cringy. Pics are from afar for a reason. Doors/walls grimy and dirty. Rugs/carpets gross. I would not walk without shoes. Beds just looked quickly pull up. One bed had used pajamas in it. Clearly sheets had not been changed. Again, manager was helpful but with a denial that the property hadn't been cleaned. It had a very cheap club vibe. We left immediately. Owner argued and would not give refund. You've been warned!

To anyone reading this, this is all made up and not true. Please go and take a look at the reviews on this home on the other renting platform. See if you can find ONE review close to anything like this. Please also compare her review to other reviews on here as well, however there are many more on the other platform for everyone to browse through. That will let you know how honest of a person DeeDee is. Property is named “ Movie Theatre, Basketball, PS5, Sea World, Lackland “. Super host, guest favorite, highly rated overall. Being transparent, DeeDee threaten to leave us a bad review if we didn’t let her stay in our home for free. Which we could not believe she was actually being serious, so randomly. We were expecting a low rating from you due to so, however you got much more creative than we expected. You made your absolute best attempt to hurt our listing, due to you simply not being able to have your way. This is a newly built, very expensive / high end luxury property, as you know. Just as everyone has described in every other review aside from this one. We can assure you that if what you were saying were to be SLIGHTLY true, there would be atleast one other person saying something similar. There’s only reviews describing the complete opposite. DeeDee, many people have stayed at this home before you and will know from reading this how dishonest your being. Many people will stay after reading this as well and see for themselves. This is disgusting work from you, please do better and take care. We provide high end experiences and everyone else’s reviews will speak for us. Adding a bit of how good our customer service was, was honest, but not going to make the rest of your review convincing. What’s speaks all volume necessary here, is your review, compared to everyone else’s review. Take care.
