We loved the layout of the unit and everything was great. Since most of the ventilation (if you did not care for A/C) was from the 3 sliding glass doors, it would have been nice to have the option of locking the exterior patio gates.Our coffee maker didn’t work and we were so impressed with Ramon who brought us a new one immediately. The beds were very comfortable, the showers worked well and the hot tubs were well maintained and very enjoyable. The tennis court was not in good condition and we were charged a surprise daily “resort fee” regardless of whether we used the amenities. The stairs to the upstairs units were in very bad condition. Although we did not have any issues using them because were are very good shape, the stairs are a safety hazard
