Why they chose this property
Many vacationers will choose to stay directly on the beach when they visit Tampa/Pinellas area. Doing this will result in very long drive times to anywhere besides the beach and there are MANY more amenities in the surrounding areas that we highlight for all of our guest.
What is great about the homes location, it is located within a 20min drive of everything. Just <10minutes from PIE, 15min from TPA, 20min from downtown St.Pete, and 15min from the beaches. For our guest looking to gain the full experience of what our cities of Tampa & St.Pete have to offer, you have come to the right place :)
