The house was beautiful! It is Decorated nicely. Very clean! The 4 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were very spacious. Nice neighborhood to go walking in. I walked several miles. Pool was great and driving the golf cart around the neighborhood was awesome! Everyone enjoyed their stay!

Surface level the place is great. However, there is a mold problem in this house. There was mold growing from almost every air vent upstairs. When reported to maintenance we were told it happens all the time- they sprayed OdoBan wiped it down and no follow-up. We had 8 of our guests leave early because the house was making them sick. Also mold in the toys down stairs cause massive sneezing before we realized what it was.

The areas shown around the upstairs vents appear to be localized surface growth rather than something widespread throughout the home. In our coastal climate, humidity can build quickly, especially when exterior doors are left open while the air conditioning is running, which can make it harder for the HVAC system to properly manage indoor moisture. When the concern was reported, our team responded and cleaned and treated the affected areas. We also reviewed the photos of the downstairs toys. Items left outdoors in a warm, damp, humid environment can naturally develop surface-level spotting or growth from algae, biofilm, or other outdoor fungi. While it may look concerning, this type of growth is common on items exposed to the elements and does not necessarily point to an issue inside the home. We certainly understand why the appearance of these areas would raise concern, and we appreciate that you brought the issue to our attention so our team could respond during your stay. This home typically receives rave reviews from our guests, and we hope you’ll consider giving it another shot. We’d be happy to welcome you back and provide the comfortable stay this home is known for.

Great family rental

We had the best time! So spacious and well appointed. 10/10 highly recommend for teens. We had plenty of room for our 3 football playing boys. We loved the beach access and the restaurant and bar had fantastic food and drinks. Bonus that we were able to bring out dogs.

Quiet, comfortable spring break

This was our second time to stay in the Lost Key neighborhood, but our first time in this home. It was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We loved waking up, taking morning walks with our dog, eating breakfast on the back porch watching the golfers, and then of course spending time on the beach! Everything we needed was provided and the communication with the host was great.

A little slice of heaven.

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home so much. The pictures don’t do the house justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. The beds are comfortable. The house is clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved having the access to the golf cart, beach club, swimming, pool, pool, fitness center, and golf course. We can’t wait to come back.
