We are still waiting on a phone call from management. We had to leave not even 24 hours after check in due to the hurricane. Then we have alerts that say no electric, no water and guests to not be there for two days after. Still no refund information.

We always love staying at Splash! We’ve been coming for years! This condo was perfect for our 3 family crew! Beautifully decorated with 3 balconies. Our check in process had a few issues, which was unlike all our previous stays at Splash. One was the poor communication from the host regarding the non-working fridge as it was a known issue because there was a mini fridge in the living room. No maintenance request and been initiated for reasons unknown, so we did that upon arrival since 9 people and a mini fridge wasn’t acceptable. It was fixed the following afternoon, but would have expected better communication and more initiative and proactiveness from the host. Overall great stay after the fridge fiasco!
