The pool was awesome and the location from Hershey, Lancaster, Gettysburg and Pennscave were all about an hour which was perfect. And there were some great restaurants close to the property. Very nice!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our annual family vacation! The property was even better than expected, with every amenity carefully thought out, and plenty of room for our group of 12 to spread out over a few days. The pickleball court and ping pong table got lots of use, and we really enjoyed hanging out to play games at night in the living room loft area. The view - wow, just wow. Absolutely beautiful colors, especially right in the middle of fall with all the changing of the leaves. We hope to be back again. Thank you again so much for a wonderful stay so that we could make many memories!

Lots of space for the kids to run around. Definitely buggy inside and out but it is Pennsylvania in the middle of the woods. Bring bug spray. I used an essential oil/citronella stick that burns and that kept a lot of the bugs away.

Christmas Vacation

Fantastic New Year's Stay

We had the most wonderful New Year's stay at the house! It was truly a great place – cozy, welcoming, and exceptionally clean. The highlight was undoubtedly the incredible hot tub, which provided the perfect relaxation after a day of celebration. The attention to detail was impressive, with a generous supply of all necessities. It's rare to find a vacation rental that exceeds expectations, but this place did just that. Thank you for providing such a fantastic and well-maintained space. We left with hearts full of gratitude and memories that will last a lifetime. We can't wait to return and create more special moments in this wonderful home.

We loved staying in Liverpool. The property was clean and the kitchen is well stocked with all of the necessities. The pool and hot tub was great and it was helpful having a bathroom by the pool. We had a small leak under the sink and the owner was responsive and help was sent immediately.
