Four bedroom luxury home with luxury beds- sleeps 9

Upscale luxury home, high end finishings and furniture, with luxury beds and bedding. The home has been finished out for a luxury upscale stay. Large den downstairs with open kitchen, upstairs landing with comfortable den. Downstairs kitchen has large island, bar area and eat in kitchen. Double oven and full sized refrigerator, microwave, stove top, dishwasher and fully fitted with all needs for cooking and meals. Dishes and glasses provided. Formal dining room that can be used as office. Separate inside laundry room with full size washer and dryer and drying rack, detergent provided. Four bedrooms with 1 King and 3 Queen beds, and one pull out bed upstairs in den. Sterns and Foster Bedding high end comfortable beds, with Ralph Lauren Linens. Large 60" Samsung televisions in both family rooms.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start first load of towels in wash.
Please make sure kitchen is left as you found it..
I’m lease return keys to hiding place.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are strictly observed- 7pm to 7am. Must be respectful of neighbors, breaking this rule will result in a fine of $350.00.
Parking is allowed only in the driveway. You will be fined if cars on on street $200.00 per car found on street.. No cars are allowed on street.
Take all trash out to garage, in trash can and recycle cans separated, start towels in wash. Additional cleaning is 35.00 an hour.

One of the worst experiences of any stay ever. Filthy floors and carpet; unsanitary stench from garage from bags of garbage with maggots and flies; the issues total about 20. Do not ever allow this property to be rented. Of a 10 day expected stay, we left after 2 dangerous. Should report this to the Texas department of housing. Owners are misleading and property not as advertised. Disgusting!

Beautiful home for older family

This was a great home with plenty of room and it was very comfortable. However be aware if you have a toddler that there are a lot of things that could be broken or gotten into if youre not watching them closely. The wifi was spotty on everything except the TV's and unfortunately the washer runs an unbalanced cycle no matter how much or how little is inside. Overall the hosts were great and very kind and the home was beautiful and definitely did the job for the time we needed it!

In A Nut Shell

Property and house needs a lot of TLC. Floors were extremely dirty you could not walk barefoot if you did your feet would be brown/black underneath from the dirty floors. The back yard is overgrown and the front yard is full of weeds just not aesthetically pleasing at all and you could not enjoy the back yard at all. The TV in the master bedroom did not work the internet connection failed. The internet connection is extremely poor. The garage is filthy with a lot of junk in it. We were extremely disappointed with the house and this is not our first rodeo through VRBO and we have never been disappointed until now.
