In 1987 I had the good fortune of playing in the Pan American Games held in Indianapolis. It was that tournament that qualified my team to compete In the 1988 Olympic Games in the sport of Team Handball. I wrote in my diary the day before leaving Indianapolis that I felt as if I would live in this city someday. So here I am, since 1989. Love it!!!

It’s all about location, as they say in the business, Then I found the Merz building and from the moment I saw it I recognized the opportunity. It has history, character and walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium, Indiana convention Center and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Hope to have you as a guest and welcome you to this great city.

Everything I would want in my own house is what I provide in every property I own. This includes luxury mattresses, a variety of pillows, Antiques, commissioned art work from local artists and chosen pieces from my Art Gallery. If a guest request something I take pride in making it happen.
