This was a great place to stay. Was there to go to a Colts football game. Was very close to the stadium, 5 min. walk. It had everything you needed and more. Furnishing were top notch. Will definitely go back. Loved it!

OMG this place was the best! Very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. Bill and Rebecca were amazing hosts! Communication was over the top, and they are awesome people. We come to town for the drag races every year. We usually stay at the Hampton and decided to switch it up. No waiting on elevators no paying 35 to park across the street, highly recommended over a hotel!!

This charming studio rental was easy to find, especially with the fantastic directions given. We had everything we needed for our weekend in Indy. The location was great for walking to the convention center (about 20 minutes).

This stadium stay was just perfect! We enjoyed it so much! We were able to leave our car there and walk to Lucas Oil and even enjoyed the deli acrossthe street upon leaving. The bed was so comfortable, everything was so nice and clean and was a perfect place to stay. We will be back.

Great Weekend Getaway

Great location, super close to downtown and great for walking. Parking was great, loved being right by Lucas Oil and the Pacers facility.Super cute space, had all we needed. TV was great for relaxing after walking downtown and playing some video games.Overall had a great stay, would 100% recommend it.

Amazing property!!!

Loved this property! Definitely would stay here again. Nicely decorated & very clean. Enjoyed having a kitchenette, comfortable bed & great Smart TV. The free parking was a nice bonus. It’s within walking distance to Lucas Oil & Gainbridge Fieldhouse, restaurants & shopping. Reasonably priced too.

Nice stay for a convention

We had a great experience at this location. The rental provided all we needed for our extended weekend and the host responded quickly with any questions. I believe we were the first to use the site and the host was very transparent with remolding process in the days approaching our stay. Thank you for a great experience.

What we needed for a weekend trip

Great stay that was as described. Newly renovated and convenient to Lucas Oil Stadium. Was not cleaned from the last stay when we arrived at our checkin time. The manager dealt with it quickly and apologized. House needs a deeper cleaning but was good enough for a quick trip. Internet was spotty. No windows to the outside world. But it was relatively cheap and easy access to a quick meal at Shapiros. Easy in/out to interstate.
