This mid-century cottage in Sandpiper is 1,200 square feet and was completely remodeled in 2023. This location has the best views in Sandpiper and is located in Circle 1 off Gate G. There is no covered nor assigned parking, but there is plenty of parking at Gate G.
Sandpiper is minutes from walking to Starbucks and/or any of your favorite restaurants on El Paseo. The hiking trails, College of the Desert, McCallum Theater, and the Shopping mall are all within a 5 minute drive. The location can't get better.
