Very welcoming host, with full amenities available in the home. The kitchen was fully stocked, so we could cook many of our meals. The home sits close to the pool, which was always very clean and quiet. It is a great location in Palm Desert.

The house is cozy and welcoming, and has all the amenities needed for a lovely and peaceful stay. It is quiet and the scenery is beautiful. The pool and hot tub are so close by, it is so convenient! We will definitely come back to stay at this house!

What a beautiful home and Kathy has gone out of the way to create a wonderful and relaxing environment. relaxing on the patio or walking a few steps to the pool and hot tub was a wonderful experience. If you want a relaxing vacation, this is for you!!

Terrific location

Fabulous retreat

The condo is very clean and has every amenity you could wish for on vacation. The property was quiet, the pool is only a few steps away, and the patio is very peaceful. Excellent location with close proximity to everything the Palm Springs area has to offer. The owner, Kathy, was very professional & organized & the check in, check out were seamless. Great Location

This is as advertised, a very comfortable condo in a very good location in the Monterey CC. Even though we did not make use of the kitchen or pool, the kitchen is very well equipped and the condo is literally just steps from the pool. Monterey CC is in a great location for easy access to many restaurants, including El Paseo, as well a number of very good golf courses, of which we took full advantage.

Fantastic Property and Owner!

Just spent a weekend at this property and it was a fantastic experience start to finish. The owner Kathy is very friendly and was quick to respond during the booking process and for any other questions we had. The condo was so quiet and perfect location for the relaxing break we were looking for. All appliances are new, clean and modern. The place has everything you could possibly need, very comfortable, quiet, clean and has a great outdoor patio with a beautiful view and the pool is literally a few steps from the patio! We had the pool and spa to ourselves the entire time we were there! From the back patio, you have beautiful views both east for sunrise and west for sunset, spectacular! We enjoyed this place very much and will definitely return! Location is equally amazing, close to everything in the area!

As Promised

Along with another couple, we stayed at this property for five nights. All four of us were looking for someplace to go right after the hectic Thanksgiving festivities. We all wanted to just relax, and that is exactly what we did. This condo has been described very well by the owner. We were quite happy to find that it was just as described. For all of us the best was how relaxing the patio and pool areas were. We ate out for only two lunches and one dinner; the rest of the time we utilized the well stocked kitchen fixed all the rest of the meals. This property is so well situated to everything in the area. Great choice!

185 Gran Via - April 2025

Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations! The property manager/owner could not have been more gracious and accomodating to our needs throughout our rental period. The condo unit was immaculate, well-stocked with everything, and in close proximity to the pool and clubhouse. Entry and exit were easy and reliable. All appliances, AC, lights, entertainment system, TVs, and similar electronics worked without any sort of incident, and the owner provided easy-to-use, reliable instructions for everything within the unit and outside on the patio as well. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable vacations we have ever experienced, and we couldn't be more pleased with the property, and especially, the owner Kathy. Hope to be back again next year!

Wonderful week at Kathy's condo

Had a lovely week at Kathy's condo. Kathy is very easy to deal with and responds to any questions or concerns immediately, she met us there at check in and showed us how everything works so we had no problem with anything all week. The condo is in a gated community and we felt very safe while there. It has absolutely everything you will possibly need for your stay. Also there is a pool just steps away from the back door with palm trees surrounding the pool giving it plenty of shade. Great Getaway

Kathy provided everything we could want in a rental property. Actually it felt like home because nothing was missing. Totally stocked kitchen. linens. pool towels. Two large bedrooms with their own bathrooms made it perfect for 2 couples. We love all the pool floaties and the 4 bikes were fantastic. We used them every morning and most evenings. You don't have to leave the property to use the bikes which is great. With steps to the pool, which was fantastic, we used everyday. The other owners on the adjoining property are very friendly if you happen to run into them because it really feels like your own pool. We can't recommend enough. Kathy is super to deal with and is very prompt on making sure you have every thing you need. We would love to stay again.
