You were right to expect a working refrigerator for a stay where you planned to cook. After the initial repair attempt, a new compressor was required, and we apologize that a temporary replacement wasn’t provided sooner. We’ve reviewed our maintenance and housekeeping procedures to make sure temporary units are available immediately and that urgent appliance issues are prioritized. I’m also sorry about the spa registration mix-up and the time that cost you. We’ve reinforced our check-in checklist and our coordination with the building so registrations are properly logged before guests’ scheduled visits. Dear Maria, Thank you so much for staying with us :) Guest satisfaction is our top priority. We apologize, per the building regulations only 2 fobs are provided for each apartment. Additionally, we provide 1 amenity card per person. The building requires the amenity card to assure only authorized guests can access the largest pool in FL, along with the amazing 28,000 sq ft Spa and the state-of-the-art fitness center.
