Spacious Ranch Style House W/ Hot Tub, Fireplace, and Game Room

This single floor house is beautiful inside and out, with plenty room for extended family members. Elegant ranch style home with a relaxing, private backyard compound that runs the length of the home and is surrounded by a privacy wall. Also, includes a large living room with a brick fireplace and a upgraded kitchen. In addition, the property has an adjoining/in-law unit with separate access and is complete with a living area, bedroom, bath, and eat-in kitchen. The house has a new outdoor shower another indoor bathroom (now 4) with a bath tub and a pool table where the garage used to be. Lots of parking offers driveway, with two circular parking locations Great for entertaining!

The house is an 18 minute walk from the beach and the boardwalk at Rehoboth, and only a 15 minute walk to Main Street (starting at DogFish Grill). I also own another rental property in Park City, Utah for 14 years. For reviews of both the property and myself see VRBO listing 116450.

Small Dogs Are Welcome - $100 Pet Fee per animal (Non-refundable)
Please make sure you clean up ALL waste after your dog and if there is excessive dog hair, if you fail to clean it, you will be charged extra for cleaning services.
If you have more pets than stated in the contract you will get an EXTRA fee. We have people monitoring the house at all times, so please, ask about pets.

CLEANING
Please put all dishes into the dishwasher before your departure or you will get charged for extra cleaning services. Any cleaning requirements that goes beyond the cleaning service due to your stay will be charged to your account.

We have rental agreements to verify your rental dates, to abide by house rules, and to handle reasonability for any damages that occur on the property.

We had a wonderful time on our most recent visit. This is the third time we have stayed at the house and it’s always wonderful to arrive to a well stocked, holiday ready home. The house is so close to anything you might need and the owners go out of their way to let you know all that is available nearby. Definite five stars!!

Family Fun

This home exceeded our expectations. An incredible amount of room for 7 adults and 2 children. Suzanne was a great host promptly answering questions before, during and after our trip. She was very accommodating!The house was great! We used the game room and hot tub a lot, the living room for watching football and the kitchen for preparing a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner! The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could imagine for preparing a big meal. A few of our crew took a nice bike ride on the nearby trail. Our stay was made even more special with the comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Our dogs had a great time exploring the fully enclosed back yard area. All in all, this was a great rental experience!

Suzanne‘s property was perfect for our family of 8. From the Jacuzzi on the back patio, to the pool table in the game room - there was plenty to do. The rooms are spread out enough that people can have some privacy in between family time. Everything in the house was well thought out, it has all of the necessities and a few luxuries as well. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. Suzanne is a great communicator and clearly takes pride in the experience that a family has when staying at this property.

Great place to stay! Very secure for dogs!

My husband and I stayed here for a week when we were in the area for Greyhounds Reach the Beach! I was a little nervous with it being close to the main road, but the backyard was very secure and perfect for our two dogs. There was also a walking trail only a couple blocks away which was wonderful! The house was very spacious and clean. The air conditioning took a little bit to get used to (a couple different switches/remotes), but it worked great and we were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

I made a decision to put in an outdoor shower and complete renovation of two inside bathrooms that are now brand new and updated rather update the update the master bath. Out of 2731 properties in Rehoboth Beach my properties (Also one in Park City # 116450) my home ranks in the top 10% with 5 star ratings. I am also a Premier Partner because I go beyond the normal property owners. I appreciate your feedback but the pictures of the kitchen and master bath are accurate. The good news is that VRBO offers many homes with brand new kitchens and master baths and photos help to choose what is important to you. I do Plan to update part of both kitchens within the next year. We just finished intensive spring cleaning inside and outside after your stay we do this twice a year. I am unclear about the reference as to upkeep and you have not responded to the request on what you felt needed to be done. IF anyone feels anything needs “upkeep” notified me ASAP and I will try to IMMEDIATELY fix the issue. There is a large TEAM that works to keep the place keep running and we are happy to repair or replace and clean anything that is in need. I did change the cleaning crew and have had no complaints since.

Fantastic beach house!

Suzanne’s house is great! I highly recommend renting it and renting with her. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the furniture is very comfy. Suzanne is great at communicating and resolving any issues. The grill is AWESOME! Very fancy, works superbly. The hot tub is also fun. There are also lots of board games and a shed with everything you could need for the beach.

Family Time

Our family get together was very special as we totally enjoyed the house. All the things you are looking for to enjoy while at the beach were made available. From chairs to umbrellas to bikes this house had it all. We also hosted a party for friends and it was very accommodating with many outdoor areas to sit and entertain. Our host did a very good job communicating and even when we had a small issue with the AC unit her team did a first class job resolving this issue quickly. I would recommend this house for family gatherings any time of the year!

Amazing Stay

Suzanne has set up her property as if you are staying at a 5 star hotel and it is wonderful! 5 bedrooms, master suite on one side of one level artistically gorgeous home, 2 bedrooms and 2 bedroom in-law suite on other side Magnificent gardens all around inside enclosed backyard. Plethora of seating inside and out. Linens and plush towels provided. Fully stocked kitchen with double oven. 3 fridges! Dog friendly! Just being your clothes, as the shed holds lots of beach chairs and toys. Close to independent shops and outlet stores. This is a dream rental and we will be back again when we visit Rehoboth with family♥️

Great Rehoboth Getaway

Amazing place to stay if you have a large group and want to be minutes away from the beach. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the game room, the outdoor setup, and the extra items in the storage shed. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be planning a trip back to this property.

Great family holiday stay

We always have the best time at this property! It is so well appointed with everything you need to be comfortable and happy. The layout is fantastic with space for everyone to be together or spread out. Our host had the house decorated for the holidays so it was beautiful for our family Christmas together. The location can’t be beat-close to groceries, general shopping and the beach a quick drive away. We will certainly be back.

Family Vacation

The property provided almost everything we needed and was very uniquely laid out. Plenty of bathroom space and gathering areas. The enclosed backyard/courtyard made having children and a pet easy. More than enough towels, sheets, and even toiletries(like shampoo) were provided. The kitchens had well more than enough tools, appliances, utensils, cleaning supplies and space for whatever we needed, including baking a one year olds birthday cake. The hot tub was clean and well-placed. We were within walking distance(if you are an able walker) of the beach, a nice playground, and even the Main Street in downtown Rehoboth. Very close many restaurants, shops, a bank/atm. Close enough to main roads for convenience but not close enough to head the traffic unless windows were open. Quiet, clean residential neighborhood. Technology in the house was a plus. Many TV’s all with cable, decent internet and bandwidth, outdoor speaker system which we never got to try out. Also missed out on the pool table/ping pong table topper but that’ll happen when you have young children. Not needing to bring sheets, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and the like since they were all provided was a great touch. Large grill in yard was perfect for barbecuing. Overall, I’d recommend this home to anybody. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful family time at the beach!

Excellent experience in this property! I went to the beach with my husbands family and we had an awesome time! My husband and I and our 2 month old baby stayed in the masters bedroom and it was so spacious, I absolutely loved it!! I did not feel bad about not offering the master’s bedroom to my in-laws because the house’s lay out made it perfect for us to have our own space and his family to have their own space with the rest of the bedrooms and another living space at the other side of the house! We used all spaces in the house for family time: the game room, living room and backyard. The hot tub was great to have and so was the fire pit! A Plus that washer, dryer and soap was available and a lot of other necessities! The house is complete! It was about an 18 minute walk to the beach (Dewey) and the beach was not over crowded like it is in rehoboth. We had a blast! Amazing beach weekend and we were so sad that the week went by to fast! Thank you Suzanne for an awesome weekend and Suzanne and team for being so responsive!

I have been coming to Rehoboth Beach for 20 years, It was a home away from home. Ever since, I wanted to buy a house close enough to the beach. It has a great location that is close to everything, especially multiple Tanger Outlets.
