We had a wonderful stay at your house! Everything was clean and tidy, and you had so many conveniences available for us (paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, etc.). The neighbors were lovely and we will be back!

We loved our stay at the Bethany Blue Cottage! It was very pet friendly, well stocked, was a short walk to the beach and right on the canal. Parking was a breeze and the property was very clean. Dana was very communicative, and we hope to be back in the future.

This house is wonderful and exactly as you would want a place to stay. It is clean. Everything it well laid out for you to relax and watch the canal or stroll up to the beach for the day. Dana is a wonderful host--very helpful and flexible. Members of my family have stayed here several times over the years and have had a great time each time!

Five adults and a small dog spent a mini-week at the Blue Cottage and had a very relaxing time. Perfect location, enough room, lots of supplies and great communication throughout the process. We had no issues and would book again.

This property exceeded our expectations! The beautiful view of the canal, screened in porch, and completely fenced in back yard made for a piece of paradise for our small family vacation with our dog. We were able to use the parking pass to quickly and easily drive to the beach, eliminating the need to walk across a busy road. This was such a perk! Dana was very responsive to all my communications. We would love to stay at this property again!

If you’re looking for a no frills place with all the amenities you’d want for a beach trip, look no further. The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes which makes it convenient to come back for a quick lunch. Bring your crabbing nets as you’re right on the bayside canal where you’ll be able to spend hours catching crabs. All-in-all, it’s a solid place for a family trip.

This was our 3rd year staying at the Bethany Blue Cottage. The location is fantastic and the house is perfect for our family of 4 plus pup. We love the outdoor space and the owners seem to make an improvement to the house every year. This summer we were thrilled to see a new fenced in yard area, which made letting our dog out in the yard easy. We also love renting a kayak and paddle board to use in the canal and bay during the week. We can’t wait to visit again!

We truly enjoy this property! Great location, everything we need, and we love that we can have our dog with us! The “dog” beach is so fun, our pup made new friends everyday! Nice little place with a great location for our family. The neighbors on one side were pretty loud for a few nights, but it wasn’t too big of a deal and kinda comes with canal life. The small beds and living room furniture could use some upgrading, and cabinets were a little messy, but overall pretty good for pet-friendly. And again, the location, and also the parking passes were a huge plus. The bathrooms were very nice and clearly updated recently. We love south Bethany and would definitely stay here again.

We and our small dog had a delightful stay at the Blue Cottage. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The porch and deck area were inviting to watch the birds along the canal. And Dana was super communicative and responsive to any questions we had. I recommend the Blue Cottage for anyone planning to visit the Bethany Beach area.

Wonderful home in a great location. The house was very clean and well maintained and the owners communication was excellent. The fact that it was dog friendly and our pups were welcome made it just that much better. I would absolutely recommend the home to anyone and we will be looking forward to our next visit as well.

House was very nice. Comfortable and well-equipped. Cleanliness was excellent. We rented the house because it was listed as dog-friendly. The ONLY complaint we had was that there was no place with grass on the whole property where our dog could potty. The entire yard area was either gravel or concrete. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Glad you and your pup enjoyed the stay and hope you will return. Our little rescue also has a strong preference for grass so it does encourage us to take her on more walks. We unfortunately found it impossible going back years to find anyone to mow a small patch of grass.
