This beautifully designed 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 18th story highrise flat in the heart of downtown Austin pays homage to one of the most famous and celebrated Austinites, Matthew McConaughey. Drawing inspiration from his life as portrayed by the man himself in his autobiography Greenlights, his journey is embedded in all the details of the flat, from the art & photography, to the two-tone rainforest green and trellis vine walls, to the vinyl record collection and literature. Even the 18th story balcony stares west over Tarrytown where McConaughey had his infamous experience with local law enforcement and bongoing naked at 2am after a rowdy Longhorns game day win in 1999.
The flat is also situated right next to famous 6th street, where you will find University of Texas Longhorns cheering on their world class sports teams at all the bars. We are walkable to much of downtown and the riverfront. We are a quick 3 block walk to Whole Foods and just a 20 minute drive/Uber to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Our luxury building features a gym, social lounge with outdoor bbq's and an outdoor pool and suntanning area with a gorgeous view of the downtown skyline. You will not be disappointed.
