Location location location, loved being next to the lake and walking trail… would have loved to have biked a bit, but short trip… enjoyed our stay, balcony was a big plus, some great Mexican and coffee within walking distance.

We had a great time at this property. The accomodations were just as described. The location was perfect for us, and there were quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Communication with the property managers was very easy. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Austin!

This was a very cute property. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking the walking trail. It was perfect for our long-weekend stay. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows.

MAX RELAX

Overlooking the park and located on the lake with the most wonderful walking trail all the way around the lake!! Coffee on the balcony every morning was sooo peaceful. 5 minutes from downtown and so convenient to anywhere-you-wanted-to-be!!! Would love to return:)

Clean.Comfortable bed and linens.Restroom a tight fit.Kitchen adequateAccessibility somewhat restricted due to stairs.Overall acceptable.

Just as described!

The place was as described and pictured. Very clean and organized, and in a convenient location to several high interest locations in Austin! I would recommend warm sleepers bring a cooling blanket or an extra fan. As nice as it is, the apartment does take a while to cool down.
