This dog-friendly (pet fee applies*), two-bedroom cottage is only 0.3 miles to the historic Dahlonega town square. You don't have to search or pay for parking, just stroll to town for a bite to eat, do some small town shopping, or enjoy one of the multiple wine tasting rooms, all within walking distance.
This home is on a quiet side street in downtown Dahlonega. Freshly remodeled, it features two bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a queen bed), a bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious living room, and a washer and dryer. There's also a picnic area outside with a Blackstone flat-top grill.
You can find many great restaurants, shops, and tasting rooms on the square, as well as the Dahlonega Gold Museum. The University of North Georgia's Dahlonega Campus is also within walking distance, and the Consolidated Gold Mine is just a short drive away.
Same-day bookers: Do not book for the current night without confirming the unit is available and ready for check-in.
Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply. Please inquire before booking.

- Extra sleeping options include the couches in the living area. The couches are not sleeper sofas, but the ottoman can be pushed against the larger couch to create a larger sleeping area.

• Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $70 plus tax for the first dog, and $70 plus tax for each additional dog. If you've added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 2 dogs.
• There is a $27 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $500 in accidental damages if guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $500 will be charged to the guest's payment method.
• Our cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide both types of coffee.
• We have a Blackstone flat-top propane grill, and we provide propane.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we can make an exception, the fee is $20 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.
