This adorable riverside home on the Chestatee is just minutes from historic downtown Dahlonega, wineries and wedding venues. Only 7 miles from GA 400, the location is central to everything you would want to do and see. Enjoy the scenery and wildlife from the large covered deck, rain or shine. You can hear the peaceful sound of nearby rapids from the deck. Songbirds, as well as duck, blue herons, deer and the elusive river otter make an appearance from time to time. No Smoking Indoors, NO Pets & NO Parties or Events.

We were delighted with this cabin, which is exactly as pictured. My husband rode in the Six Gap Century bike race, and the cabin offered a great retreat away from Dahlonega (only a 15-minute drive). We had everything we needed to make a few meals plus the peace and quiet of the riverside location. Bruce met us upon arrival and was very attentive.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this cabin! Bruce came up, welcomed us as soon as we arrived and made us feel completely at home. He let us know that he was there if we needed anything. The place had everything that we needed. There was a beautiful view off the back porch and the hummingbirds came to feed every day! The cabin was stocked well and was very cozy. It would be perfect for 2 couples or a family. It was super quiet and very close to multiple wineries in the area. It was just a short drive into Dahlonaga and about a 30 minute drive to Helen.

Absolutely perfect! The cabin is lovely and the setting is ideal. The porch provides a delightful place to relax with morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Bruce and Lisa’s (hosts) place was so cute, clean and welcoming. Very comfortable inside as well as on the back deck overlooking the Chestatee River. Watching the activity at the hanging hummingbird feeder was a real treat! The hosts are next door so they were very attentive to our needs and friendly. Not a very long drive into Dahlonega so that was nice too. Highly recommend!

Absolutely one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. Girls trip! Beautiful spot on the river. Cabin had everything you could possibly need from coffee supplies to soaps to linens. Cabin is cozy and decorated in such a lovely way. Bruce and Lisa are next door to greet you and give any assistance- which of course was not needed! Just a wonderful place to get away- especially the back porch. And the grounds are so well cared for. Planning on taking our husbands back in the future.
