Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, this condo is near restaurants, shopping and Amusement parks, just 2 miles away from Pier Park and Gulf World.

- 2 Covered Front beach pools ( swimming pool seasonally heated)
- Covered Lazy river! ( seasonally heated )
-Hot tub ( heated all seasons)
- Splash Pad for the little one! ( Not heated)
- The second swimming pool is partially covered and one swimming is not covered.
-There's even the "Frog pad" for the little ones (available on request) not heated
-3 Gas Grill on the East side!
- Big fitness gym with the ocean view!
-This is a 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (sleeps 6) and is located in the East Tower with sweeping 17th floor with ocean views.
-Queen bed in the master, twin bunk beds , a queen sleeping sofa bed in the living room!
-Two Full Bathrooms with hair driers.
-2 Smarts TVs in the condo! 55 inch TV In leaving room with Roku remote and 55 inch TV in bedroom! Prime Video is available for TV in living room and you can connect with your accounts for other streaming options to watch your favorite shows!
-Fully equipped kitchen(cooking pots, plates, cups)
Washer and dryer in condo with Iron and the ironing board in condo. We provide the detergent.
-Delicious coffee and fresh donuts in the West tower!
-Pool bar and grills next to the swimming pool with drinks and food! Purchase delicious food or grill your own! ( open March 23- Nov 23)
Grab your coffee and delicious donuts or ice cream at the on site coffee shop! Open all season.
-4 Floor Covered parking garage.
- The HOA is on the second floor!
** $35 per vehicle, one-time registration fee required on arrival that will give you parking pass and wristbands to access the pools and waterpark. This covers the whole group for the duration of your stay. **
