Great ocean view, lots of sf. Ran out of hot water once...not a big deal, but annoying. BRING YOUR HAIR DRYER - they aren't furnished. 2026 parking rate for stay has increased from 35 to 40. A very safe place to stay and the staff was friendly - Splash has a good vacation vibe and is close to some very good restaurants in Inlet Beach and 30A.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I CAME WITH MY WIFE, DAUGHTER, SON-IN-LAW GRANDSON, GREAT-GRAND DAUGHTER, AND TWO GREATGRAND SONS, SO NEEDLY TO SAY WE WERE VERY BUSY WITH THE KIDS, THEY LOVED THE SPLASH PAD WATER PARK AND POOLS THE CONDO WAS AS SHOWN IN ADS WE HAD A SMALL PROBLEM IN THE MASTER BATH WIIH ONE OF THE SINKS BUT IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY THE STAFF VERY QUICK OVER ALL GREAT TIME WAS HAD BY ALL.

Very clean with plenty of space for everyone. Great place to stay with kids, and we loved the chairs and umbrella that came with the room! Our only complaint is the shower and bath water didn't stay hot very long in the master bathroom.
