Villa close to Florence with private spa, garden and swimming pool
This beautiful cottage is an old barn and it is located on the top of a hill with wonderful views on the surrouding countryside.
The house is on three levels. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and an open space fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor we find a large double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, WC and bidet. On the lower floor there is a private spa with Turkish bath, jacuzzi and shower.
Among the main amenities of the house we point out the followings: Air-conditioning, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, washing machine, and safe. Furthermore, the cottage has a large private garden equipped with table, chairs, bbq and also a private little pool (2 x 4 meters) which is the ideal setting for those who love to dine al fresco enjoying the beautiful view over the sorrounding hills.
