Located in a very quiet neighborhood, ideal for walks, bike rides, quiet relaxation on the front porch or on the back patio by the fire pit and bbq with bistro lights. The space 3 bedrooms: 1 California King bed and 1 queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is an office with large comfortable couch that can be used as a single bed if needed. Large sectional couch for for family TV watching in the Living room. Also included a work space with 2 monitors, printer and scanner. (3rd bedroom). Each room has a TV. The bathrooms are newly remodeled w Showers only (No Tubs) Guest access Full access to the entire home. Plenty of street parking. Smart locks for easy entrance. Other things to note 2 beautifully remodeled bathrooms. Walk in Showers, Electronic fire place with heater. AC and Heat, Fans, LED lights, Office space has electric stand up desk, printer and scanner. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella included. Check in was super easy and the house is super cute. Well furnished, comfortable beds, very clean, and the host is really amazing. Easy walk to 2nd st or to the ocean. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip!

I almost don't want to review this property because I want to keep it my own little secret. You can feel the pride of ownership the minute you walk through the front door. Squeaky clean, brand new-appearing kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of room to spread out, private and inviting outdoor space, very comfortable furnishings. The neighborhood is perfect - close to the water and within walking distance to so many great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping etc. James is kind and honest, and his communication is thorough and timely. You can feel a lot of pride of ownership. You won't regret staying here.
