Escape and Relax at our spacious 3-bedroom house in Long Beach, designed for relaxation and convenience. With 2 king beds and 2 queen bed, guests will have plenty of room to unwind.
This superb property offers modern amenities, including heating, WiFi, window-mounted air conditioning, a washing machine, an iron, and a hair dryer.
For entertainment, enjoy a pool table and a classic Pac-Man arcade, perfect for friendly competition and nostalgic fun!

DISCLAIMER: Please note that while the home does not have central A/C, it does feature central heating and a built-in fan system to provide airflow throughout the entire house. We do provide a window-mounted A/C unit to cool the living room and One portable A/C unit that can be moved to wherever it's needed most. Each room is also outfitted with portable standing fans, and ceiling fans are installed in all bedrooms and the living room to maintain airflow. We've taken care to offer a range of cooling options to help ensure your comfort during warmer days.

On cooler days, feel free to open the windows and enjoy the refreshing Long Beach breeze!

Guest don't have access to backyard. This space is reserved for back units. We have a front porch with furniture, sit back and relax.

The place was perfect for my family with two young teens. We had more rainy weather, so we made good use of the pool table and arcade machine. The beds were surprisingly very comfortable, everything felt clean, and it was well stocked with the basic essentials. The only thing to note is that there is a small bar across the street that you may hear the bass of the music during the weekend, but otherwise everything was perfect. Easy to walk to lots of places. We had a great time!

Quick Weekend Trip

This was a very clean and nice house. The location is in a nice cute little area. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very spatious. Definitely would stay again.

Terrific stay!!

Staying here was great! Perfect sized home, check-in was smooth and Jimmy was very helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and even though no A/C in the bedrooms, the fans did the job nicely. I also screwed up the parking and Jimmy kindly sent me the instructions which I appreciate. Location was awesome too.

Jimmy Bermeo was the best host we have ever experienced in our VRBO stays. He was amazing, responding immediately to every question and helping us resolve any issues. He was truly wonderful! The house has nice space and the location is excellent, although the street tends to be noisy at night. The furnishings could be updated with a more comfortable couch and coffee table. And we did not need a Pac Man machine or a pool table. Overall, the house really was accommodating.

Nice location with available off-street parking. House was clean and plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows for the family. Sufficient amenities for our weekend stay. We had one issue with the in-fridge water dispenser leaking, which took a while to hear back from the host. We recommend buying a case of waters due to that small issue.

Great house, clean, and welcoming. Really comfy beds, well outfitted with most any item you might need, and even without central A/C the house temp is very pleasant. Good location. A little street noise, but nothing unreasonable. Parking access was convenient and easy to access. The host, is great at communicating and check in was a breeze. Check out is simple with easy to follow directions. Would 100% recommend.
