The property was clean, and beautifully decorated. They clearly thought about conveniences that would be appreciated by visitors. We took our small dog and she enjoyed the backyard, it is huge and fenced in. The indoor space was setup to allow us to visit with family and gave us plenty of room. We had some challenges with the door code and getting in but that was resolved very quickly with the property owner, they were very kind and friendly. We would 100% recommend this property to anyone and would stay there again happily.

Our fur baby's loved the fenced in backyard! The house was perfect and so charming. Basic amenities being provided is also very appreciated for those just incase times of forgetting something. Centrally located so nothing took too much time. The host is quick to respond very helpful.

House was nice, but neighborhood not in great shape. Then we found roaches in my bed and in my daughter’s bed. The grass was super long kinda ruined our outside graduation party.

We take cleanliness and pest control very seriously and have not had any reports of bugs before or after your stay, nor have we found any evidence of an infestation. During this time of year, insects can occasionally come inside when exterior doors are left open. Regarding the lawn, I had informed you that our mowing service was temporarily delayed because the contractor had been involved in an accident. The lawn had been mowed only nine days earlier and was addressed as soon as possible. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

Rainy Weekend

When we booked we intended to watch my cousin play softball at the college. It was also our daughters birthday. It was a soggy weekend, they moved the game to IA so was a little different than planned. Still celebrated the birthday, and we got to spend time with our kids. Loved the backyard for the fur babies and they would have had much more fun if it wouldn't have rained sooo much. The house is awesome, we enjoyed it very much....thank you

My husband and I have stayed at quite a few VRBO’s and this was by far the best one. The host was a great communicator and answered all questions quickly and efficiently. The host also let us know of the Gardner coming out a day later than expected due to weather. We felt that was very nice and something they didn’t have to do. The house was very open, slept 4 adults and 1 toddler comfortably. This was the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in and most centrally located. We will be coming back and letting our friends know about this wonderful gem of a rental. Thank you so much for having us. We hope to stay with you again soon.
