Hi thank you for a wonderful stay. I put garbage cans up. Start the dishwasher and laundry. Wiped down counters and cleaned out the refrigerator. We left the beds the way they were because I didn't want to put sheets and blankets on the floor. Wishing you all an amazing day

Location was close to everything you could need. Place was clean and had the basics. No crazy checkout instructions which is very much appreciated!

Wonderful home

Enjoyed our Family Vacation

We had a great time when my sister and niece came from Montana. The house was beautiful. No complaints. The pool is not heated but when your from Fresno, you know are electricity bills and can totally understand. The younger ones enjoyed the pool. The River Park Shopping center is minutes away with all the conveniences you could ask for. The visit to the Fresno Zoo with my niece was the best. We would definitely rent this home again. Responses to any questions were answered quickly by host. We loved our 1 week stay.

Good location

Pros. Large kitchen and Master Bedroom. Pool, Bbq. AC. Cons. No ice maker refrigerator. Landscaping was shoddy, fence and grass specifically. Outdoor furniture old and wearing down. Fire-pit did not work. Master bathroom very low water pressure.

Updated look, but cheaply done.

All areas we would rate a 5. Except cleanliness of property we’d rate 3.5 and overall rating we’d rate a 4. The windows in the back side of the house had some liquid running down and in cabinets crumbs and dried food (egg yolk) in the pot area. Some drawers in kitchen had small paper trash. Place mats on table were pretty filthy. Having no ice was a minus, however not a deal breaker. We brought our own bag of ice. We could not find the fireplace key which it was hot, but just for looks would have been nice. Floors could have also been more clean, there were crumbs and dirty areas.

The house has a very open and inviting floor plan which is great for spending time with family. The back yard and pool were great for the summer. Additionally, the newly renovated house is so inviting and comfortable. Will stay here again when family meets together in Fresno. Also is in a terrific and convenient location.
