Perfect for large group

The property has a nice layout. There are 6 bedrooms with queen sized beds and 4 bathrooms with 3 of those bathrooms being en suites. There is a nice sized television in the family/living room. The property is centrally located in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Perfect spot close to campus

We had a family trip to celebrate the graduation of my nephew from PT school at Fresno state. The house is clean with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms so it fit our group of 12 perfectly. The outside area and pool or great as well. We had a barbecue hung around and enjoyed time together. It was just perfectly close to campus so we could get to and from all of the graduation events quite easily.
