Suzanne - A few hours after you had checked in you sent me a note to tell me how lovely and clean the apartment is. It was almost two days after you had checked in you sent me a note claiming that the sheets were dirty and stained. We are very experienced hosts and have been hosting for over 4 years on the different STR platforms, including VRBO. Like hotels and hospitals we only use white sheets so that it is easy for our cleaning team to notice even the smallest discoloration. We also have several extra sets of the same exact sheets so that if any discoloration is noticed during the sheet removal, washing, or making the bed, our cleaning team will simply replace with another set. We quickly throw out any sheets that are not perfectly clean or have any damage. Our cleaning team has been with us for a very long time and they are very experienced and competent at their jobs. Regardless how you soiled the sheets we quickly brought over a fresh set for you. You never sent me a cancellation request but demanded a full refund. This was nothing short of fraud with the threat of writing a false and inaccurate review.
