Daydream Believer - VRBO 3658751 - is an updated spacious two-story, 3 bedroom, 3 full bath house with 600 sq. feet of covered porches. We are located in the amazing Seagrove Beach area, south of Scenic Hwy 30A in the sought-after Summer's Edge community, which offers a deeded access gate to the beach + two private pools. The South Ryan pool is heated March 1 through November 30.

The magnificent Eastern Lake complex is a short walk or bike ride away, offering paddle board and kayaking for a unique day on freshwater that connects all the way to the gulf. We can provide all information needed so that your group can rent equipment and get out and enjoy one of the most rare bodies of water on Earth, the Coastal Dune Lake.

Daydream Believer is a perfect setting for a family that wants to be super close to the beach and centrally located within a few miles of some of America's most desired area destinations for shopping, dining and outdoor exercise...Rosemary, WaterColor, Alys, Seaside, Grayton, golf, tennis, fishing, biking, hiking, paddle-boarding, surfing and all that 30A offers!

Tucked into a serene, tree-lined street reminiscent of Uptown New Orleans, the house has been fully updated and is deep cleaned and refreshed yearly. Framed by a large and mature Magnolia tree, Daydream Believer is full of custom touches including 10-foot ceilings, crown molding, 6" baseboards, custom window coverings and sun-splashing windows everywhere!

N. Ryan St. is gated at 30A to the north, offering a safe, shady and fun place for kids to play after a day at the beach. You'll enjoy a great welcome amenity present from us, along with lots of notes and additional info to help make your trip to the Gulf an annual visit. It's our goal to welcome you back every time and we've had only 5-star reviews!

At the house enjoy gorgeous furniture, including a welcoming fully-furnished 300 sq. foot covered front porch to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and gorgeous sunsets for dinner in the evenings.

We have introduced many new upgrades to include remodeling all three bathrooms, refinished the hardwoods, added new LVP flooring to all bathrooms and bedrooms, new art and light fixtures, whole-house interior paint refresh and annual landscape improvements - plus new dining furniture on the lower veranda. and new cushions on all outside seating furniture. We have one street facing exterior camera.

You will find an open floor-plan on the main floor, with a comfortable living room, dining area and kitchen. Additional features include a wet bar as well as mud room, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, the W/D and outdoor shower - all on the first floor.

The kitchen comes complete with large pantry, ample storage space, lots of appliances and food prep gadgets, new stainless equipment, new glassware/stemware, plenty of plates and dishes for the whole family and is open enough for several to be working on the meal at once. The coffee pot is a Cuisinart Drip Machine (filters provided)!

The dining area offers a large round dining table, padded seats and an eat-in bar to seat four more. The living room is framed by a large, comfortable sectional sofa and two chairs, a 65" Smart TV with full cable channel lineup and streaming access, high-speed wi-fi, a wet bar with a great selection of cocktail glasses and a book and board game library.

A paved grilling station with a gas grill is next to the storage area for beach gear and bikes. The outdoor shower features hot and cold settings and is at the coveted (and rare) "side entrance" - largely eliminating sand from coming into the front door and making your stay that much more comfortable. Just inside is a full mud room with lots of hooks and storage + a full shower and towel storage to relax after a long day at the beach.

Upstairs are two master suites with King beds (plus two full bathrooms) and a third bedroom featuring two full beds and a large walk-in closet for all luggage, etc plus another large closet. Both master suites open to the 300 sq. foot covered veranda and it's Gulf breezes day and night, set amongst the Magnolia and Pine trees.

Each bathroom features a shower plus an oversized tub.

Every bedroom features a mounted TV with full cable channel lineup and streaming access and high-speed 300 MBPS internet throughout. All bedrooms have a great closet for storage of bags and clothes.

A beach gear wagon and complimentary selection of beach toys, chairs and boogie boards is provided for your quick trips to the beach. Also, we'll provide you with lots of local information once the booking is complete, to make your planning more efficient.

When you're ready to get on the 30A Bike Trail, it's just about 100 yards away, through the coded gate and you're on your way.

We even have Clay Gardens and Gifts right next door...a beautiful professional garden complex (with a private entrance right out our back door) that offers a whimsical place to getaway with a glass of wine and buy plants and locally-inspired gifts.

Our stay at Daydream Believer could not have been any better. The home was picture perfect and completely spotless. Anything you could possibly need during your stay is provided. The neighborhood is quiet, allowing for a restful and relaxing vacation! Beach access and the community pool were a very short walk from the house. We utilized the beach service for chairs and umbrellas at the private beach access which limited the crowds around us. We also used the gated access at the end of the street to cross over to the shopping center for morning coffee trips and browsing the cute shops. Seaside was just a short drive for more shopping and restaurants. Mimi was an incredible host, responding within minutes from the time we requested to book and each time we had questions from there on. Additionally, she was so gracious when a correction had to be made on our end. Do not hesitate to book Daydream Believer for your next trip to Seagrove Beach. We will definitely be back!

Our family of four, including two teenagers, plus one grandma, stayed here for a few nights over spring break at the end of a long look at potential colleges. The house was wonderful and exactly what we needed for some beach relaxation! The house is on a very quiet, secluded street, with lots of trees. We enjoyed sitting on the porch for coffee in the morning and board games in the evening. The house's location in Seagrove is a major plus. There are a lot of great coffee shops, ice cream parlors, restaurants, and shops within walking and/or biking distance. (Some really good ones were quite literally just across the street from the gated entrance.) Our kids loved visiting some of Sea Grove's hot spots on their own and meeting up with friends at the Big Chill or Beachy Bean. Finally, our favorite thing about the location was the very easy walk from the house to the beach access. We have stayed at many locations along 30A, and this was by far the easiest and most convenient, especially for Grandma. It is a very short, flat walk down Ryan Street to the beach access points, with not very many stairs to the beach at all, at least compared to some other access points. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time visiting 30a! The house was very accommodating and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We can not say enough great things about Daydream Believer! Mimi, the host, is the absolute best at communicating before and during our stay. Beautiful updated home near the beach in Seagrove

This house is spacious and beautiful. It is on a quite street quite near the beach - about 5 minutes walk. Very close by are some small shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable as was all of the furnishings. The owners are quite easy to contact and respond quickly. They were very helpful.

The Well Appointed House

Tom is a consummate host and his house is a reflection of that. It’s beautiful, clean, and comfy…especially the sectional where the whole fam can fit to watch a movie. It’s two blocks to the beach and on a nice, private street. My family stayed with our 3 kids, ages 12, 9, and 4 and it was the nicest family vacation we’ve had. Can’t say enough good things!

Tom the owner made everything about our stay incredibly simple. He thought of everything! The house is so incredibly comfortable and there couldn’t be a better location on 30A! You are a bike ride from seaside & watercolor and a few minute drive to Alys & Rosemary Beaches. The private beach access was a 2 minute walk as were the 2 pools. We recently had the pleasure of staying for a week at Daydream Believer. It was a great beach house for our family of four plus dog. The house itself was clean, comfortable, well-appointed and conveniently located to the beach (400 steps) and the 30A bike/walking path. The supplied beach wagon made hauling stuff to and from the beach easy. The beach itself is much less crowed than other areas of 30A that we’ve seen. Finally, Tom is a wonderful host with great communication – making sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Daydream Believer. Tom provided excellent communication and information leading up to and during our stay. Everything was just as described - and even better! The house is excellent location - a short walk to the pool and beach, and easy access to jump on bike trail to various restaurants and shops. The community has a very family friendly feel. House was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Access to wagon, chairs and beach toys made for an easier packing experience. We felt so comfortable all week. Cannot wait to return!

Great Summer Vacay at 30A

This was our first stay at 30A and it was definitely a fun & memorable one. The property owner, Tom, was so helpful, gave us great information before the trip (directions, beach access, recommendations for restaurants, shopping, things to do, etc.), and had great open communication with us throughout the entire process. Tom even gifted us 4 bikes for the week, which we enjoyed. The home was in a perfect location, clean, and nicely decorated. Being on a dead end road and off of the main highway was a plus because of the decreased traffic for walking, bike riding, or just relaxing on the porch. Overall, great home, great location, great owner.

We had a great time at Daydream Believer. It's a wonderful little neighborhood close to Eastern Lake and a nice shopping center across the street. The home was a good size for our family of 6. The second primary bedroom was more snug than anticipated with minimal storage, but overall fine. The main primary bedroom was spacious and the kids room was perfect for us. The walk to the beach is very doable, however, we chose to setup a little farther away so we could use a canopy (they aren't permitted on the private beach). I would suggest bringing some kitchen basics like salt/pepper, etc if you plan to cook, and some extra toilet paper rolls as there weren't any. Overall, we enjoyed the home and the neighborhood very much.

Last Minute Week at Beach

We feel so fortunate to have found this home for a last minute week long trip to the beach. Our family rarely gets off work for that long together so it had been years since we had been to 30A. I really did not expect to be able to find a good place much less such a beautiful home. Daydream Believer did not disappoint! I would have to say it is even more beautiful than the pictures! Beds were so comfy and we had everything we needed! The neighborhood and home is perfectly situated close the beach, lake and places to eat but feels so quiet and family friendly. Also easy to bike or drive to Destin, PC and other neighborhoods along 30A. Tom was so great to work with and communicated everything we needed. Definitely take advantage of his recommendations! Bikes and beach chair rentals were clutch! We would not hesitate to recommend to others and hope to return ourselves!

Wonderful Stay in 30A

Daydream Believer was truly a beautiful home - cozy, welcoming, well appointed and situated. Tom is a fantastic host - communicative, solicitous, available and friendly. We have stayed at various properties over the past 5 years and DB was at the top. The kitchen as well as the game and book cabinet were well-stocked, the sheets and towels all had a beachy, wonderful scent (whatever they use, I want to purchase it!), the decor was thoughtful, beautiful and welcoming, and all the amenities were as advertised. Having the main floor full bathroom was SUPER helpful after a day at the beach (after the outside shower rinse off, which is also perfect). Also, as an avid home cook, I have to mention that the kitchen "tools" available were wonderful - I didn't use all of it, but I had options galore for our home cooked meals. The open floor plan on the main floor was a major plus as well, so that the home chef can keep an eye on whatever games or movies are being enjoyed by the rest of the crew outside the kitchen :) Again, Tom is a spectacular host, providing quick replies and ample details prior to arrival. We can't say enough about the hospitality we were provided. It was truly special. We had a beautiful, relaxed and well rested week in Daydream Believer and cannot wait to return. Thank you, Tom!

Daydream Believer qualifies for a return visit for our family! The home is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and spacious enough for our entire family (5 adults and our dog!) Since we experienced an abnormal amount of rain during our visit, the upstairs and downstairs balconies were lifesavers in giving us outdoor time during the rains. (Thank you for the games, Tom. Yahtzee!) Even when it wasn't raining, it was the perfect spot for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine with seating for everyone. The multiple entrances, coupled with access to hoses and showers were nicely planned/arranged and super convenient to minimize the sand brought inside. Tom is very nice and responsive. You will hear from him along the reservation process with details and suggestions all strategically timed to be helpful and to avoid any hiccups. This neighborhood is truly our favorite! The tree-lined street offered a mostly shaded walk to the private beach access. (Note: Be sure to reserve your umbrella/chairs ahead of time if you want to be at the waterline.) You can walk/run/bike ride through the neighborhood to the 30a pedestrian path or via fob at the private gate access at the end of your street. Be sure to get ice cream at the new place across the street, Pecan Jacks! Have dinner at Old Florida Fish House at least once. Take Tom's suggestion to try Brozinni's pizza. If you fish, book ahead of time a local charter fishing trip off Grayton Beach. (You launch off the beach!)

Great family vacation

This home was exactly as described in the listing. Owner obviously takes pride in maintaining the property and communicating with guest to ensure an easy and uneventful stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place, location, and owner

Exceptionally clean, all the amenities we wanted, and great location within walking distance the beach and pools. The owner was extremely helpful and communicative leading up to and during the stay. We would seek this place out if we return to the area.
