Spectacular Maui Beachfront 3 Bdr. Home - Great Location - Family Friendly

The fabulous Sunset Beach House is located on a sandy beach in the sunniest part of Maui. This 3 bedroom home will be the perfect location for your group of friends or family. Enjoy your own gated luxury home right on the beach for about the same price as accommodating your group in a condo complex. .

You will have beachfront living with your own waterfall/spa, large yard, home theater, modern kitchen and much more. Relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

The master bedroom has a full ocean view and it's own lanai. And what a view! Even the shower has a great view. Watch the moon set in the ocean from your bed. Let the sound of the waves put you to sleep.

There is a covered lanai with a table for outdoor dining. The ocean, the beach, the large lawn and the spa give kids of all ages plenty of places to relax or play.

Though our home is on a quiet street, we are walking distance from restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, grocery stores, open air markets, and parks with playgrounds.

The beach behind the home extends a long way in both directions. Boogie boards, lawn toys and sand toys are available at the house. Water toys like kayaks and surfboards can be rented nearby.

During whale season (Dec. - March), the water behind our home is a favored place for humpback whales, especially mothers and new babies. They are active acrobats and it is exciting to watch them play.

Our rental permit does not allow the use of this home for group events.

Spectacular location. Big private backyard leading straight to the beach. Close to wonderful restaurants and easy to travel to other beaches to snorkel in the south or western part of the island.

Maui at the turtle beach

Nice property on the beach and near shops and restaurants. Owner has gone out of his way to supply beach towels, sand toys, snorkel gear, beach chairs etc. Saw sea turtles every night and early morning. Good launching point for hiking trails and swimming beaches.

Best Location

The house is in a location that has the best weather on the island. Situated on the beech the view was incredible. Sleeping at night with the windows open and listening to the waves was so relaxing. The house had living and bedrooms on both floors making it ideal for large families.

Peaceful, magical stay!

The home is the perfect place to stay when exploring the island of Maui. We especially enjoyed the uncrowded beach right out the back door of the house. The sunsets were amazing and the home had plenty room for our family to spread out. The lawn between the beach and home was a nice reprieve from the wind in the late afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had no issues with the home that was so comfortable. We even had sea turtles swim with us in the water directly outside the house. I would highly recommend this home if you seek relaxing and enjoyable vacation to the island of Maui!

Fabulous Location on Beach

Very convenient accommodations right on the beach. Master bedroom suite upstairs has beautiful views of beach. A good selection of restaurants is within easy walking distance. We counted 23 turtles that came up to sleep on the beach nearby!

Wonderful house

We had a great stay. The view is unparalleled, and it’s so nice to be right on the beach. The house is well equipped with everything you need from snorkels and beach chairs to towels and coolers. My nephew loved playing with the beach toys and running on the lawn!

Beautiful home by the beach

We love this house; it's our second time visiting Kihei and this house is perfectly located near restaurants and stores in walking distance. Nice quiet street. The beach is beautiful. The house is well stocked. We will be coming back every year : )

Family Vacation

We had three generations of family together on vacation and the Sunset Beach House was fantastic. The house was as-described and included everything we needed. The owners and property manager (Tara) were responsive, informative and accommodating. Beachfront, and still very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

The best sunset property ever!

The house is located in the quiet town of Kihei and is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants as well as many tourist attractions. The back of the house faces west and thus has great year round sunset views. Owners are very responsive to any needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Vacation Spot

We had an amazing time. Turtles right in front of the house. We had a nice relaxing time with plenty of space for the kids to play. The hot tub was one of the best parts. Kids loved it. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Perfect spot for families

There were seven of us total, plenty of room for everyone. Wonderful views from the back and large yard for playing games. Well-stocked kitchen. Central to lots of restaurants, beaches, shopping, etc. communication with the owner was quick. Check-out process very easy. We will definitely visit again!!

Why they chose this property

Windsurfing took us to Maui for vacations starting in the 80's. We ended up loving the place and we built our beachfront vacation home there in 2000.

What makes this property unique

Almost everything I like to do in Maui I can do in my own back yard. Nearly every water sport you can think of is possible at one time or another, depending on weather and waves. Or, if we prefer to relax, it would be difficult to find a better place for that.

Part of the pleasure of owning this home is sharing it with people and hearing them talk about how much they love it.
