About this property

Hawaii Island Bungalow at the Mauna Lani Resort

Our home is a classic Hawaiian style bungalow (no shared walls) 3 BR / 3 Bath (2 master ensuite) with attached garage parking. It's a space to relax, recharge and enjoy "island time". We have 6 beach cruiser bikes, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach toys, body boards and a paddle board for your use.

It is located in the Mauna Lani Resort area within a gated community that includes 2 community pools and spas, a fitness gym and recreation area. Guests will have access to the private Mauna Lani beach club that hosts one of the best restaurants on the island, Napua.

The home is a 5-15 minute walk, run, or bike to Holoholokai beach park or short drive to the multiple sunny, white sand beaches of Hapuna and more (2 of the top 10 beaches in the country!).

Enjoy the gentle warm breezes and peaceful sounds of birds on the back lanai or venture to the beach for magical sunset , whale watching or snorkeling.

The Mauna Lani Resort boasts top notch golf courses, plenty of easy bike friendly roads and places to stroll or run. Our home is also very close to ancient Hawaiian cultural sites and fishponds, including the Puakō Petroglyph Archaeological Preserve.

The convenience of a gourmet grocery store, shops and restaurants is a half mile away. The bungalow is 10 minutes away from Waikoloa Village resort with many more shops, restaurants, cinema and amenities. Helicopter tours and boat charters are also nearby.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Scrape BBQ grill, turn off propane tank. Cover lanai lounge chairs.
Turn off all fans, shut and lock windows/doors.
Ensure all garage equipment returned and stored.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated on-site parking area (garage parking for 1 vehicle) or guest stalls across from house.
Must abide by the KaMilo Community rules and KKRC rules

We loved staying at this property. Had everything we needed for a beach day, comfy beds and linens and great location in Waikoloa. The beach club was a highlight-snorkeling there was great, lots of fish to see.

It was fun to have the option bikes however, none of the bike tires held air. It would have been nice to have shampoo in the showers and more seating in the living room. Otherwise, wonderful accommodations!

Great property and beautiful home. The home is close to the pool, the beach club, and the shops. The bathrooms and kitchen are amazing. The home has beach chairs, cruiser bikes, snorkel gear, etc. we would definitely stay here again and for longer than a week

The property was as described in listing. It was a great place for our family as the kitchen was well stocked except that it did not have a rice cooker. Thankfully our other friends had rice cookers in their properties so we just designated them as the rice makers! Communication with Kira was awesome and she helped us to have access to the property 2h before check in time which we were so grateful for as we bought our fav ice cream from the BI---Rosealanis mud pie and Haupia----without realizing that we were too early for check in! It was nice having access to the garage which was fully stocked with everything one would need for play time at the beach! It was also amazing to have access to bikes! Definitely will be back!

We had a great stay for the Ironman 70.3 race. It was great for the participants and spectators in our group to have easy access. The host was responsive to our questions and helpful. We enjoyed using the cruiser bikes and snorkeling equipment!

Great Spot on the Big Island

Great location, very clean and well stocked kitchen. The community pool and exercise room is a plus. Easy to walk to the Fairmont for a drink or dinner. Also appreciate the Mauna Lani beach club pass.

Fantastic visit!

Very nice house in a great neighborhood. Our two teens appreciated each having their own bathrooms and beach access. The garage is well stocked with bikes and beach gear for all ages and the open kitchen is great for family dinners. Would highly recommend!
