New Cabin in woods at pickwick. 3 BR 2 bath, near Stateline ramp & state park

3 bed (one king, one queen and one full) 2 full bath cabin/house on ymca lane near stateline boat ramp, close to the grocery store and restaurants, new home completed this year, 60” tv in living room, 42” in master bedroom with 250 channels, we have 4 brand new homes/cabins on this 10 acres along with a new 5 open bay covered boat storage shared with the other 3 cabins. Fire pit area next to boat storage, new grills. Sectional couch can sleep another adult comfortably. Full kitchen no dishwasher. No internet/wifi is available however cell service is good. No smoking inside.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Perfect Tournament Stay

3 of us were here for a bass tournament out of the state park. This place was the perfect location, clean, very nice with comfortable beds, outlets outside the house to charge boats, and set up great for fisherman. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect!

We stayed in cabin#4. This place was immaculate. Beautiful setting with all the comforts of home. Our host, Brandon, is the definition of a super host. Right after being released from the hospital for two days, he drove an hour and a half to fix our tv. He went above and beyond for us. I’ve done this a lot, and this guy is top notch in my book. I would HIGHLY recommend his properties to anyone. He made our fishing trip stress free and great. Thank you again!
