Very comfortable home with everything we needed for our two week stay. The locartion is perfect with all the stores and restaurants within biking distance and being that close to the beach was a great bonus. We would recommend this place to anyone.

This unit was perfect for my wife and me. Loved it was in a quiet neighborhood and literally a 3 - 4 minute walk from the beach and a few minutes from shops and restaurants in our golf cart. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had which made our stay enjoyable. Unit was immaculate and the perfect size for us. We will be looking to stay there again next year, hopefully for a few more nights.

The rental property was GREAT! Very well equipped with whatever you need to feel at home. Decorated so nicely and furniture and bedding very comfortable. Actually it is a 3 minute walk to beach as the ad says. Nice neighbor too. Would recommend it to anyone going to Anna Marie Island. I’d say 6 stars!

Wonderful apartment in great location

The apartment was clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped and minutes walk from Holmes Beach. Just what we wanted for a peaceful stay on Anna Maria Island … the hosts were friendly and helpful … we hope to return in the near future!

Anna Maria Island

Home was clean and close to the beach. Easy walk to trolley that takes you anywhere on the island inckuding Publix Grocery. Wanda, the property manager, was fantastic and responded to all communications promptly.

Sweet and Simple Getaway

The unit was cozy and very clean - perfect for a couple or small family. Everything that you’d need for a short stay was available. The unit came with a beach wagon, small cooler, beach toys/floats, and several umbrellas and chairs. This was awesome, especially given we flew with minimal beach gear. I’d highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something nice and simple.

Winter get away!

We had an amazing time staying in this unit. Very close to the beach, easy access to activities and restaurants. Picked up so many sandollars we were giving them away. For two people this apartment was perfect. We will stay here again!
