All went well at our vacation at this property,the covered deck with fans and lights was a great place to hang out with the pool just a couple of steps away and the hot tub about 15 more steps away.we occasionally ran out of hot water in the showers,but not a deal breaker

The host stood out the most.He was very accommodating decorated for christmas for us.And when we got snowed in, he personally called to make sure that we had everything we needed to get out of the snow. The house is warm and cozy. Has everything that you would need. Great cooking supplies.Nice to have entertainment with the pool table. If you are looking for modern, this is not the place. This place is more like going to grandma's house or aunt's house for Christmas. But again, very comfortable,and spacious.

Great Stay

House and grounds were nice. Host was responsive and accommodating. Pool was great. Location was within 10-15 minutes of everything we needed. Property is near a rock quarry so on weekend days there was a steady stream of loud dump trucks going up and down the road. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning.

Overall this was a very enjoyable place to stay.Check-in and check-out was easy.The host was responsive during our stay.Overall cleanliness was good.The only item that needed to be addressed was a limited supply of hot water, which I made the host aware and he said he'd care for it and I believe him. There was a small issue with swimming pool which the host had someone on site within an hour and fixed it. The pool, the kitchen, bathrooms, living space, etc. was all very good. Would recommend.

This was a jewel of a find for us. From check- in to check out it was flawless. John was easy to reach and quick to respond. Everything was super clean when we arrived, the towels were fresh and plush, from bathroom towels to pool towels. The bed linens were high quality. The air conditioning was functioning properly making the stay comfortable on a hot weekend. The kitchen was well equipped and arranged for easy access. The downstairs game room was a huge surprise, equipped with quality exercise machines, full bath and access to working hot tub and pool. when staying in southern Connecticut I would highly recommend staying here.
