During the day, summer enthusiasts can enjoy a variety of adventures that Vermont has to offer such as fishing, panning for gold in the river across the street, hiking the nearby Appalachian Trail, mountain biking , or just enjoying an experience down the road at the Long Trail Brewery. For winter enthusiasts , you have have just a short ride to Killington for all your skiing and snowboarding adventures . Also, the farmhouse is centrally located in the VAST snowmobile trail system. As well as numerous spots for cross country skiing. At night guests can retreat outside to the over sized fully stocked fire pit and take advantage of the warm summer nights. Staying at this charming 1890’s family farmhouse is an experience like no other. whether you are looking for a peaceful retreat or an action packed vacation , this home offers something for everyone .

For the winter season, please make sure all 3 propane heaters are left On and set to 60 degrees, all other electric heaters will need to be turned off except for the bathroom off the living room
Take out kitchen trash , the dumpster is covered near the wood shed and fire pit
Make sure All lights are turned off
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
