Brand new! Come enjoy our cabin in the middle of a White Oak Forest. The living area has a 60 inch television equipped with Youtube TV. Large living room with working wood burning fire place with a dining area that has room for 8. The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a full dinner. The home is furnished with 2 brand new queen bedrooms and two full baths. There are also two roll away cots available for kids.
The outdoors brings you a unique deck with a table to sit at. The fire pit is lit up with lights and equipped with 6 chairs to enjoy the beautiful views. We have corn hole, fusbol, Jenga, darts, and a solo stove right outside the 3 season patio with chairs to enjoy.
Our new cleaners do an amazing job of making this feel like a luxury residence.

This was such an easy stay for our family. Corn hole, hot tub, and fire pit were the highlights for the family. The few issues we had were immediately fixed by the hosts. Highly recommend a fall stay- the property was gorgeous with the changing colors, and the patio was the perfect spot to hang out in between outings.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful stay here! Very clean and we enjoyed the wood fire fireplace and the modern yet cozy decor and furniture. We had beautiful snowy views in the winter and would love to come back in a different season to explore then, too.

Everything we wanted!

We stayed at this property for a reunion of college friends. It is well furnished with comfortable beds and everything we needed in the kitchen. Very clean. The hot tub was great for an afternoon soak and we loved the fire pit area. Wonderful stay.

Easy check-in. Owners were just leaving after checking everything was ready for us. House was very comfortable and well stocked and the hot tub was amazing.Great hiking at Hocking Hills but be aware GPS was absent or sparse … take a map with you. Wifi was ok at the house - sometimes have to move around for the signal.

This property is so fun. We didn't use the hot tub because it looked a little cloudy and had some leaves in it but we loved the fire pit and the foosball table. Everything was nice and in working order. It's close to Ash cave and Hocking hills. You're about 30 minutes from Millstone. If you're here in the winter the driveway is a little steep

Cabin was nice, smelled musty. No kitchen wash cloth, only 1 drying towel. Used a washcloth from the bathroom. All in all, it was a good experience. We had minor issue with the TV, but we contacted the owner and he was quick and responsive and solved the issue quickly.

Amazing Property!

We had an amazing time at Oak Forest. It’s a perfect location about 10-15 mins to Old Man’s Cave and 10 mins to Conkles Hollow. The property itself was very secluded and quiet in the woods. Large flat yard on a ridge with great fire pit area and deck. The house itself was very clean and comfortable and up to date in all aspects. Communication with the hosts was immediate. We had an absolutely amazing time recommend this property to anyone. We hope to be back soon!

Nice Cabin with Great Outdoor Spaces, Few Issues

Cabin was nice and the large paved driveway, screened-in porch, and fire pit area were perfect for our young kids. Owners were extremely responsive and let us check-in early to allow our toddler to get her nap in. Unfortunately, the internet did not work the entire time we were there and we had basically no cell service, which was a huge pain for our family to plan hikes and entertain young kids in the evenings. The hot tub water was also dirty when we arrived so were not able to use it.

Our apologies! A storm took down a tree on our cable wire. Frontier made us wait 10 days to get it fixed. Out of our circle of control! We were proactive and ordered Starlink so now we have internet again and it is faster than before. The cleaners did clean the hot tub before you arrived. They sent us a picture of the water so not sure what happened there. We try our best out here and mother nature sometimes chooses to do what she wants to. This place is amazing and if you want to relax and enjoy nature, this is the place to be!

A fantastic place that felt private and safe and had everything we needed for my wife and I and our four kids to enjoy very comfortable evenings after hiking and exploring. The kitchen was great for preparing all our meals, and the large dining room table was essential for our family of six. For being back in the woods, everything was very nicely clean and taken care of. The hot tub was nice and clean, the place smelled clean walking in, bathrooms and bedrooms all felt clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit outside and our kids had fun playing in the three seasons room too. The host was very promptly responsive via the VRBO chat when we had questions, and communicated everything we needed to know otherwise. It was all we wanted out of a quiet home base while exploring Hocking Hills.
