Host was very responsive and the place is situated in a great residential area, feels great for our family stay!!The house was very clean, beds are great, and there are 3 bathrooms!! With great showers too!! For our trip, we were aiming for Legoland, Florida Aquarium, Hard Rock Casino, and restaurants in Tampa. Normally don't do reviews on homes but we stayed here for 12 days and it was excellent. Host was very helpful in getting us an extra day reserved as well as provided standing fans to help with airflow during the night. Best host I have ever booked from on a VRBO reservation and I have done 5 VRBO reservations. House was in an excellent quiet location and close to everything we were planning to do. Would definitely stay at this house again

This house was perfect for our needs and desires

My wife and I arrived at the property on the 26th of March. Her sister, husband and daughter joined us on the 28th. They stayed a total of 8 days and we stayed for 13 days. The house was every bit the way the pictures depicted it to be. We all loved the the space and individual privacy the house provided. Check in and out was extremely easy. The beds were comfortable, extra blankets were provided, 3 bathrooms made it nice, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided in each bathroom. An extra 6 pack of toilet paper was provided. There weren't really any dressers to put your clothes but that wasn't an issue for us as there was ample shelving provided in the closets. There are no TVs in the bedrooms but that wasn't an issue for us either. If you plan to do a lot of cooking at the house, you may find the pots, pans, and utensils a little skimpy but we went out to eat most nights so that wasn't an issue for us. The host provided a starter quantity of bottled water, coffee, k-cups, cream and two rolls of paper towels for the kitchen. The outside pool was nice but the dirt from nearby trees made it a little hard to keep clean. The electric sweeper in the pool did an extremely good job of keeping the bottom of the pool clean. The picnic table in the screened in porch was nice. I thought I saw a gas grill in one of the pictures. There was not one on site so I may have confused it with another house i was looking at. The host was quick in responding communications I sent her.
