Large house with 270 m2 totally renovated in 2016. Fenced area and electronic gate. Garden and parking with 1500 m2. Comfortably accommodated 8 people. Large living room with dining table, sofas, TV and bar. Internet with Wi-Fi. Toilet next to 2 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds, airy and with ceiling fans. Area full service. Large equipped kitchen and table for coffee. Mobile barbecue.
The house is located between Campeche and Morro das Pedras, where there is a good commercial infrastructure (supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, bars). 800 m from the beach of Morro das Pedras and easy access to the trails Lagoinha do Leste and Naufragados and beaches of Campeche, Riozinho, Pantano do Sul, Azores, beaches of the east (lagoon and joaquina), Ribeirao da Ilha. 1 km from the Peri Lagoon and Morro das Pedras viewpoint.
