I appreciate your review! Prior to your arrival, you asked if you could come early due to not having a place to go. I allowed this with no extra charges. Prior to your arrival, the bedding and towels were all completely washed. I am not sure where the hair came from, however, it is impossible that there was dog hair as pets have never been allowed in the camper. I monitor this closely as well. As far as the space heater, it keeps the camper warm even when the temperature gets below 20 degrees, which it was not during your stay. There is also a furnace in the camper, which works fine. This concern was never communicated, otherwise I would have addressed it as I did your other concerns. I was not given the chance to fully address the concerns as you let me know what your concerns were, and then immediately left. I have several sets of sheets, I would have gladly changed them out for you. I did not provide a refund as upon my return to the property, it was left in disarray (much worse than when you arrived). I also did not get the opportunity to resolve this. I am sorry you feel you were disappointed with the amenities. Safe travels!

Hey Brian! Thank you for staying with us! I am a bit confused as to what caused the 1 star rating and the “Don’t rent from these people” comment. I feel that I was extremely accommodating during your stay. This was a last minute booking which I was not prepared for, however, I made sure to get everything ready to go quickly so it was ready for your visit. You did not communicate any concerns with your stay to me other than the door slightly sticking, which I was able to respond back and resolve quickly. You also expressed that your AC at home had went out and that you were staying to be cool. I let you know that I didn’t have anyone coming in behind you, not to rush leaving by check out time. You then asked if it would be possible to extend your stay, without involving VRBO to save you some money. I was not able to respond back to that request quick enough, and you left me a message saying you weren’t a “thief” or a “low life.” I never once accused you of such, and I would have gladly accommodated your request to stay for longer, but I keep everything on the VRBO platform for business reasons. Thank you for staying with us, and I’m sorry that your stay didn’t go as well as you would have liked.

Thank you for your review, Michael! I apologize that your stay wasn’t as desirable as it could have been due to some issues. I do not put top sheets on the beds as some people do not use them, however, they are provided in the camper in the drawer. I apologize about the toilet being dirty. I am not sure where the ball was dropped there, however, I appreciate your feedback as it has allowed me to ensure this doesn’t happen again. As far as the smell, it could have been due to the tanks being full, which I would have gladly emptied. I would love to host you again in the future and make sure you have a better stay!
