Sandy Grove Inn is almost 400 sqft of living space fully stocked with necessities. Furnished with a queen size bed and a large loveseat sleeper sofa that opens to a full size very comfortable bed.
The Inn is equipped for long or short stays.
There is a smart 35 in tv with high speed internet, apps, 250 watchfree channels and local channels. A Google mini will play You tube music or answer any questions for you :)
The kitchen has refrigerator/ freezer, single burner stove top, microwave oven, electric skillet, blender, coffee maker everything necessary for meal preparation and serving.
Outside there is a 200sqft patio with a grill/ griddle patio area. Seating and grill area surrounded by trees and garden...a really relaxing chill space.

Kayaks are available for a small fee and for the length of stay (up to 1 week)
The boatramp/kayak launch at Shellrock Landing
is just over a mile away.

Cozy Place to Relax

Overall it was a great stay, only one hiccup though out the whole trip was an error on check out times listed on VRBO. The place was very clean and you can tell the owner has put a lot of time into keeping it that way. We were greeted with a lovely candy care package.

Amazing hideaway

We had invited the in-laws down for a night of fun close to the island and picked this fantastic spot. Place is absolutely adorable. The tenants have done a fantastic job with it. I would highly encourage a stay here. It’s a quick trip to Emerald Isle. There’s fantastic boat ramps, restaurants, nightlife available all the way around within 10 minute drive The real kicker was the fruit bowl left available and it was exactly on time. Hosts are absolutely amazing.

This place is a MUST STAY

The owner has done a remarkable job of making your tiny home away from home a very private setting. Nestled away from beach traffic but close to everything in Swansboro. Only 20 minutes to Emerald Isle this adorable cottage is sure to make your trip a pleasant one. So many tiny personal touches from the body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the wall of the shower to the cute little homemade soap stand in the bathroom and then to the flowers outside by the patio.. from now on this is the only place I will book when I go to Emerald Island to fish! This owner goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is an enjoyable one!! the pillows were extraordinary. I stayed on the sofa bed and it was very comfortable

From the moment I arrived, this little gem welcomed me with open arms. Brandy went the extra mile. Coffee provided, water and ice, and even snacks and fresh fruit. While my flight in was a complete disaster, this enchanting place welcomed me with delight. Shampoo and body wash. Also, I melted like butter into the pillows and bed! A thousand stars
