Sugarloaf Sunrise
Located on the open water in Sugarloaf with absolutely gorgeous views and excellent boating, this newly renovated home is the perfect spot for relaxation. Also throughout the home is brand new furniture that will certainly provide a comfortable space after a long day on the water to kick back and lounge. This home is equipped with wifi, central A/C, a washer/dryer, and a gas grill. For your sleeping, there is a queen bed in all bedrooms. The home also sits next to a canal for excellent boating access to open water. A 15-minute drive will put you in Key West for all your shopping needs, world-class dining, and unique history. The international airport in Miami is about a 3.5-hour drive with the Key West airport is about 20 minutes. This a non-smoking home. No pets. THIS HOME IS A 28-DAY MINIMUM RENTAL PER MONROE COUNTY CODE.
