This is your home away from home. Beautiful 3 story home with spacious master bedroom and bathroom located on top floor with breathtaking views on Cudjoe Key. Deep water canal with 60' of bulkhead for your boat. Fish cleaning station. Brand new commercial ice machine makes 300 lbs of ice a day. Plenty of parking with a fully gated yard. Conveniently located just 20 miles north of Key West. A short distance to some of the best restaurants in the lower keys as well as being located close to Looe Key, known as one of the best coral reefs for snorkeling and diving. AT&T U-verse fiber optic 200 channels, Internet 1000MB, Wifi, AC, Washer and Dryer, commercial ice machine, fully equipped, Bait and fish freezer. Heated Pool (Discount December January)
