Located at the end of the road on the Gulf side of Big Pine Key and one in from open water this spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath pool home offers peace and solitude and fabulous sunset views. Porch can be closed off on the hot or cold days or opened up to enjoy the breezes the other days. Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs and the third bedroom is a separate suite on the lower level. Pass your time lounging at the pool or in the canal side of the tiki hut. Large concrete dock and easy boating for the fishing and diving enthusiast. Amenities include TV, WiFi, washer/dryer, gas grill, and much more. Nearby there are convenience stores, fuel, groceries, post office, banks, bait/tackle, and dive shops. Key West is 30 miles away and has world-class dining, unique history, and night life, plus unusual and interesting shopping. The Miami International Airport is a 3-hour drive. This is a non-smoking home. Ask about our pet policy. THIS HOME IS A 28-DAY MINIMUM RENTAL PER MONROE COUNTY CODE.
