Property is high end in very low end area, no dining or stores in the area. Not a safe area to walk around in. Looks like new rental as 3 guys were given a total of three towels for the stay, No coffee maker, clean dishes left in dishwasher. Cleaning towels left hanging on things in bathroom. Dirty dishes in sink, smoke alarm was going off, alerted owner and they did not have someone address it. I climbed on chair to remove it. This property is nice but bad area and property not ready to rent, owners don’t understand requirements for renting yet.
