Please do not remove the mattress protector cover when you stripe the bed. 1- This Property is part of homeowner HOA) and is in a gated community. Please be respectful to the permanent residents .
2-No party or will fine $500 for unauthorized party. 3- Use makeup remover towel provided or will fine $100 for makeup stains . 4- Do not eat inside the bedrooms please . 5- No late check out.
6-Please return the garage opener key . 7-Please clean up after you 8- Gently used the amenities provided 9-Do not take amenities home 10-No pets at all is allowed . This is a pets free house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This home was perfect for our stay to attend the Houston Rodeo. The home was close to the NRG stadium and easy to access from the Hobby airport. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. We had plenty of room for 4 adults. Christelle responded to messages quickly and is very helpful. Her check in and check out policies are clean cut and easy to follow. I highly recommend this home to visitors in the Houston area. We will be using her home again in the future.

My property is a brand new 3 story single house with a mother in law type suite on the first floor . That mother in law suite provides a type a privacy because it has its own living room, bedroom and bathroom .
