Two bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse in the Village of Oak Creek facing the beautiful red rocks of Oak Creek Canyon. Minutes from Bell Rock and other great hiking spots, Sedona Golf Resort, Oak Creek Country Club, Canyon Mesa Country Club, The Hilton Spa, The Oak Creek Outlet Mall and many great restaurants. 10 minutes from uptown Sedona. Enjoy use of our relaxing 6 person hot tub. that is dedicated to only our renters at unit G. Pets are not allowed.

Get away to the incredible red rock formations found only in Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon; a hiking, biking, golfing and photographer's wonderland.

Looking for a group getaway? Our family owns the two adjacent units and we can rent all three together accommodating 15 guests. Message for more info.

The place really needs updating, kitchen cabinets all scratched up on bottoms,all mattress's need to be replaced, old sheets on beds, towels old and stained. Floor was not clean, our socks were black on the bottoms after a little while. Had to contact host for hot tub lock combo. We expected alot better for the money. Disappointed.

Great Sedona Stay

We loved our stay here! The setup was perfect for your group of 5 adults. We appreciated the twin beds in one of the bedrooms and liked that both bedrooms had their own bathroom. The unit was clean and comfortable and stocked with the basics that we needed. The hot tub was perfect for a relaxing dip after a day of hiking. The location as quiet and convenient and close to many great hikes. Highly recommended for a great stay in Sedona!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this townhouse because of its location in the Village of Oak Creek, its proximity to restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities and it is zoned commercial so short term vacation rentals are not a problem. The townhouse is spacious (1240 SF) and built with the highest quality materials and furnishings such as granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The Village of Oak Creek which is in our opinion the best location in the Sedona area as the traffic is much less congested than West Sedona, Uptown Sedona or Oak Creek Canyon. We have great views of the Red Rocks. Sedona is one of the top tourist destinations in the world with year round travelers. Every day is a weekend.

What makes this property unique

Our townhouse is located close to Bell Rock, a favorite hiking spot in all of Sedona. Our townhouse has great views and is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We provide coupons for 10% off at Cucina Rustica, a great Italian restaurant close to our townhouse. We are close to 3 golf courses, tennis, hiking and biking. There is a great bakery right across the street. We include a free round of golf at Canyon Mesa Country Club when you purchase another round, and discounted rates at Sedona Golf Resort, Oak Creek Country Club. Coupons are on our Welcome Table. All locations are close to our townhouse. We have an incredible 6 person hot tub on the back patio with great views of the Red Rocks and it is only for the use of our unit G renters. It seems to have a jet for every body part. It is so relaxing after a long day of hiking, biking or other outdoor activities.
