A newly refurbished Sedona cottage that embraces the original rustic red rock style from the 1940's. There are two bedrooms that are newly decorated comfortably for our guests. The updated bathroom has a full tiled shower and beautiful cabinets. The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked for the convenience of cooking meals. There is a large great room with plenty of space for relaxation. There is Wifi and a flat screen TV for your pleasure. Outdoor space has three patios for relaxing and barbequeing. The cottage is located one street from Historic Uptown Sedona. Dining, shopping, wine tasting, entertainment, tours, and Oak Creek Canyon are all within steps. Biking and hiking trails are abundant in the Uptown Sedona area. This location has spectacular views that are breathtaking. There is no need to drive a car because everything you'll need to enjoy beautiful Sedona is within walking distance.

Absolutely perfect home base for an amazing vacation. The house is decorated to go with region. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all appliances needed and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. I highly recommend Peach Tree . If I ever visit Sedona again I will book The Peach Tree again as well as recommend it to friends.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay in Sedona in this beautiful home! Close to walking for everything and close to the sites we visited. I love to think I will be back and the first thing I do is check to see if this place is available! Could not have been happier calling this home for our stay.

The location was prime. It is a small corner lot, but traffic was lite in early October. The LR & DR furniture is adequate. The beds are comfortable with very soft linens. The bathroom is large with a nice shower that could use more shelving and a bench. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, glassware, and utensils. There are only lids for the two small sauce pans, none for the skillets. There are no spices or cooking oil.

Lovely long weekend

This was the second time we have stayed at this house. The house is in the best location to Uptown. We walked to many restaurants and shops from here. The house is very clean and comfortable. This time we brought our teenage daughter and she loved it. The entire process of booking and getting info from the host was very simple. This is our go to place to stay in Sedona. We will be back!

Amazing Sedona Uptown location

Fantastic house, with all amenities. Literally walking distance to all Uptown Sedona activities. 5 min drive to Jordan Trail Head. Super clean, own private parking. The house is EXACTLY as in the photos—beautiful views of Red Rocks from front porch. Genna provided fast and friendly communication.I highly recommend this place to anyone headed to Sedona.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Getting into the house was very easy and we were excited to see how close we were to town. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch soaking in the morning sun.

Great Location would definitely rent again

Was everything we expected, walking distance to all the shops we wanted to visit and a short drive to all the attractions we wanted to see. Only thing that would of made it better would be to have a patio heater on the back patio. This patio gave us a great clear views of the stars as we sat in the comfortable chairs but because it was much colder at night we couldn't stay out long.

I have been a resident of the Sedona area for thirty three years! I was born and raised in San Jose, California where I attended San Jose State University. I have worn many hats in the field of education and felt fortunate to work with children and young adults improving their literacy skills. I received my Masters degree from Northern Arizona University that allowed me to further learn about my passion for reading. I have a wonderful husband that I have been married to for thirty five years. He has a construction company that he's been the president of for the past thirty years. I have two children, a son, and a daughter. Both are graduates of the University of Arizona! I feel fortunate to have raised my children in a beautiful area that our family considers our home.

We purchased this property over ten years ago. The Uptown Sedona area is the perfect location for guests to enjoy because it's conveniently located near hiking and biking trails, beautiful red rock views, restaurants, and shopping. The unique thing about the property is that it's within walking distance to all of theses amenities. The charm of the area captures the original historical origin.
