Welcome to “Beach Breeze”!



This beautiful newly renovated in spring 2020 beach home is located in the popular community of Summers's Edge in Seagrove Beach. It has stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from several of it's FIVE decks and is sure to be the perfect location for your family's next vacation getaway!



The beach access is only 50 yards away, along with two community pools (one of which is seasonally heated) that are also only a short stroll from the home!



On the first floor of the home, you will enter the first of two living areas. This set-up makes it perfect for older kids to have their own space, or even two different families to have room to spread out and relax! There are three bedrooms on this level, the first featuring two sets of twin sized bunk beds, and the second with a queen-sized bed! There is a shared bathroom off the hallway. The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed and attached bathroom with shower.



Out back, is the perfect outdoor space to spend the evenings, the screened in porch!



As you make your way to the second level of the home, you will enter the spacious open concept living, kitchen and dining area. Gather around on the large sectional in the living room for family movie nights on the flat screen or spend time on the second level balcony making your beach plans for the day! The beautifully appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and a table that can seat up to 4 guests. There is also a large dining area equipped with a table that can seat an additional 8 guests! The 4th bedroom with a King-sized bed in on this level also.



The third-floor tower room is sure to be everyone’s favorite spot to hangout! Equipped with a cozy sofa that turns into a queen sleeper, flat screen T.V. and a wet bar, the inside space is just the beginning! Enjoy wonderful gulf views from the balcony, and really take in the beach breezes!



Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at La Dolce Vita! This includes bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!

It was a lovely home and perfect for our party of 11. Lots of space. 3 levels with 3 balconies, 2 porches, outdoor shower and storage closet with lots of beach gear. The screeened in porch with the bed swing was my favorite. The beautiful tree lined street made walking to 30A a treat. Several stores and restaurants within walking distance. Easy/quick walk to the beach. Very close to the pool. We would love to stay in this home again the next time we travel to Seagrove.

Beach Breeze in November

We've been visiting the beaches of 30A for years and are very familiar with Seagrove Beach and the Summers Edge neighborhood. We decided to take a last minute beach trip in November and lucked into perfect weather. The folks at itrip were very helpful and responsive. Great communication (both in advance and in-home information) and a very nice home. Would recommend to anyone.

Spring Break getaway

The house was a great place for families with children. The living area downstairs with bunk rooms is idea for this. The pool and beach access are very close as well.

Great location

We stayed in Beach Breeze in June 25. We had an excellent stay. Walk to the beach was short and lots of shade. The beach was public but you could set up chairs and umbrellas behind the paid ones you have to pay for. We had the A/C go out one day but they mgt company was very responsive sent someone out quickly. Kitchen had everything you needed. Would recommend for families.

Fall Beach Break

The neighborhood and home was perfect. We loved the spaciousness of the home and the decks on each level were wonderful. We definitely want to return to Seagrove.

We had a wonderful stay - proximity to beach and pools is perfect! We love Summers Edge - we have stayed in so many of the beautiful homes. My only idea for the home is possibly an ottoman for the sectional! It would be a wonderful add!!

Close enough to beach and can walk to some restaurants and stores. Nice quiet neighborhoood street with pool at the end. Lots of outdoor porches and 4 beach chairs. Kitchen well furnished!!!!

Great house. Walking distance to the beach and pool for 7 adults and 3 littles and all their stuff! The house was clean and we had most things we needed to cook in. We dined outside on one of the 5 porches. Lot's of space to spread out! Would definitely recommend to others.

Beach Breeze is great family home, perfect location off 30a. Bike rides to seaside/or the hub. Close to pool. Short walk to beach. Ocean view from 3rd floor porch. Amazing porches on all floors. Nice set up with bunks and beds downstairs and master on 2nd. Would definitely rent again.

Beach Breeze

The house was perfect for our annual family beach trip. Plenty of room to stretch out and everyone had their on space. The only small issue is the FOBS. I wish we could go back to the code as there are never enough fobs for larger groups.

Family Vacation 2025

Our family vacation was awesome! Antoinette was our representative and she was wonderful! The day we arrived we noticed the ac wasn’t working on the upper floors. When we reported the issue to her, she immediately had someone out and it was quickly fixed. The house was very clean, spacious and only short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

The house was perfect. Enough room for 7 people. (4 teenagers)

This is our 2nd time staying at this house. I love it. The kitchen remodel was nice. The only thing I would change would be to have a sleeper sofa on the 1st floor. Otherwise this house is perfect!

Great stay in Seagrove!

Loved our stay here.. super easy walk to the beach and the pool with a little one. We rented one set of chairs on the beach and had no problem with finding space for our things in May! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and we loved all the outdoor spaces. Plenty of room for 6 adults and a child. Would appreciate locks being updated on the exterior doors for safety with little ones.. Also the blinds could be replaced on some of the doors/windows. Property manager was quick to respond and resolve any minor issues we ran into! Bikes would be a nice touch to explore the area!
