Great unit. Old building.

The unit we stayed in was great, but One Seagrove Place in general was not great. Only one working elevator during arguably the busiest week of the year was very disappointing. Pictures and property description indicate there is a tennis court and fitness center on site, but there is not. They have both been removed. Pool area leaves a lot to be desired.

only one elevator operable during very busy spring break time. Unacceptable for a building of this size. Impacted things negatively, significantly. Exercise room out of commission. Beach access very limited for a building this size. Garbage disposal not working. Took very long time to get hot water. Toilet ran had to call for help on that. Everything's very dated and unappealing. Beach front view is nice but not worth the hassles of a high rise. Unit was workable but overall we were so disappointed we asked for money back.
