Cute As A Button, Plenty Of Space And Very Easy Walk To Beach

Lovely, one bedroom with new queen size mattress. Has large living room with a full kitchen completely equipped. Very attractive and comfortable.

Suitable for two and perhaps two children( has pullout couch). Short walk to the beach , 150 yards. This property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies.

Access to bikes, grill , beach equipment. The carriage house sits behind main house which was built in 1938 the carriage house is a separate building with private entrance, yard area and parking. This is truly 'Old Floridian ' style with all the modern amenities. Perfect for a retreat for one or romantic week for two. Two smaller children would be acceptable.

The cottage in front of the carriage house is also available to rent.

BOOKING POLICY:
• 50% is due at the time of booking.
• Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to date of stay.
• We accept personal credit cards, e-checks, paypal, venmo
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST.
• Check-Out is by 11:00AM CST.

My wife and I spent a week at this beautiful beach house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We woke up to ocean views every morning and ended each day with sunset walks just steps from the front door. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to great restaurants and local spots. Our host was thoughtful and responsive, making us feel truly welcome. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed out week at this house. It was perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants within walking distance. The right size for two people. Everything you need for the beach was there except the bathing suits.

Great family vacation!

This house provided us (family of 3) with a wonderful vacation. The Grayton beach area is beautiful but we were able to have an even better time because of what was provided at the house. We used the beach equipment, bikes, and kitchen supplies daily. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and answered all of my many questions. We had a great time and were able to create wonderful family memories!

Rich’s place is located in a perfect location in the wonderful beach village of Grayton Beach. This unit has everything you need about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach area. Check in was flawless. Unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. we will definitely be returning!

Grayton Beach converts!

This was our first time to stay at Grayton Beach and we were not disappointed! Rich's place is ideal: easy walk to beach, surrounding shops and restaurants, several bikes and beach accessories are available to use, carriage house is well appointed and comfortable. Rich provided great check-in/out instructions and will respond quickly should you have any issues. We look forward to coming back!

Great stay in Grayton Beach

My daughter and I had a great Mother/daughter trip over New Years. This was a great location. While it was on the main road, it was quiet as it was behind the main house. We loved the use of bikes and beach chairs. While the bikes are old and most needed air in the tires, we were able to find 2 and enjoyed riding every day. Very clean and nice house. I would recommend staying here.

Rich has such a great place on a beautiful beach along 30A. We are so happy to find this hidden gem! My 17 year old daughter and I wanted a beach getaway & Rich’s place exceeded expectations. Ideal walk to the beach, with all beach items given to us, from wagons to play toys. I’ve already told my friends about this perfect place to stay on the beach who are looking for a great beach getaway. Why they chose this property

Historic Grayton beach home, built in 1934. Grayton Beach was founded in 1890.
Was a hide-out for Bonnie & Clyde in their day. Nearly all of the original beach homes are still standing and in good shape, most are one or two story. A few newer homes on water front are up to four stories. The ambience of a traditional historic REEL Florida beach community is still present. Park and walk to nearly any where you or family/friends wanna go.
