This Isle of Palms retreat is adorned with beautiful pine hardwood flooring throughout all bedrooms and living spaces. With a total sleeping capacity of twelve between the main house and guest quarters, enjoy ocean or waterway views from four of the five bedrooms.
The main house comprises four bedrooms, three full baths, and two half baths. The second-level placement of the main kitchen and great room, following a reverse floor plan, provides ample open space for family gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a gas stove. The first level of the main house offers a bonus den complete with a large flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the main house, connected by an elevated uncovered deck, is a separate guest house over the garage with one bedroom, one full bath, and a kitchenette.
*Access the elevator cab in the main house only: underneath the home, and on the first and second levels. Elevator gate opening: 28'' width, cab depth is 44'' (inside of cab opens to a 40'' width, but only after navigating 28'' gate opening)
No smoking or pets permitted. Guests can access their favorite streaming applications on any of the three TVs (cable TV not included). Linens and WIFI are complimentary. Although the pool is not temperature-controlled, it offers a refreshing retreat for guest enjoyment.
**ATTENTION GUESTS: No swimming directly behind home due to Breach Inlet currents. Federal beach renourishment machinery is staged at Breach Inlet public beach path, directly next to the home. When machinery is in use, please utilize beach path 1A next to 108 Ocean Blvd. or 118 Ocean Blvd. The USACE projects are expected to wrap up by April of 2026. *The city is planning a major beach renourishment project, anticipated to place up to 2.5 million cubic yards of sand island-wide, including both ends of the island. That project, which could begin as early as spring 2026, is part of the City’s long-term Comprehensive Beach Management Plan. For updates, please visit:

First level of Elevated Guest House (no direct elevator cab access): Bedroom 5: Queen bed; futon; flat screen TV. Full bath (shower/tub combo). Open Sitting room with full size pull-out sofa, small breakfast table and kitchenette. Kitchenette hosts dorm sized fridge, sink and microwave (no oven, stovetop, or dishwasher). Way too expensive for location and condition of property. Tiles were falling off the side of the pool, porch swing broke and outside was dirty including windows/doors. Also, there was beach construction with large machinery in front of house and on the side. We won't stay here again.
Location is great! Just 30 mins from airport and Downtown Charleston. Just minutes from Grocery and restaurants in Isle of Palm. Last house on the beach so if you don't mind a little noise from the bridge when you are outside (and there isn't too much) then this is a great place. There was some construction underway for beach restoration but that was just bad timing for out trip. We would have liked someone to meet us at the property upon checkin but had good and fast communication whenever we reached out. The bed swing on the top floor wrap around was a family favorite!!

This was our fourth year staying on IOP for 3 weeks But this by far was the best place we have stayed ! Loved the house location was great the guest house was perfect so cozy & cute the two very large balconies with the bed swing were a great place to sit and watch the dolphins every day Would love to rent the house next summer for 3 weeks again There were 18 of us that enjoyed the house some coming and some going during the 3 weeks had great weather the whole 3 weeks I became very ill during our stay ended up spending 3 days at East Cooper hospital had great care The house was very clean kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need When we had a problem with the elevator help arrived within minutes had no complaints at all. GREAT PLACE TO STAY Being across from the Boat House was also a plus Watching all the dogs playing on the beach in front of the house early each morning from thr balconies was also very enjoyable I was afraid being so close to the bridge would bother us but it didn’t
